The cutoff date for determining age limit and post qualification experience w ill be 01.10.2012. 2. Only full time regular courses will be considered. 3. All qualifications must be from UGC recognized Indian University / UGC recogn ized Indian Deemed University or AICTE approved courses from Autonomous Indian I nstitutions/Statuary Council. 4. Minimum percentage of marks in the essential qualification as specified shall be aggregate of all semesters to be calculated taking average of all semesters/ years, irrespective of the weightages given to any particular semester/ year by the Institute/ University. 5. Wherever CGPA/ OGPA or letter grade in a Degree is awarded, equivalent percen tage of marks should be indicated by the applicant as per norms adopted by conce rned University/ Institute. 6. All Engineering Diploma Qualification must be recognized by respective State Board of Technical Education. 7. In MBA / PG Diploma in Management / MMS qualifications where there is a menti on of Dual Specialization, one of the specialization necessarily needs to be fun ction specific for which the post has been advertised. The Applic ation once made will not be allowed to be withdrawn and the fee once paid will n ot be refunded on any account nor would this fee be held in reserve for future e xam/selection. (iii)A recent passport size colour photograph should be firmly pasted on the app lication and should be signed across by the candidate. Without photograph and si gnatureacross it, the application will be rejected. Three copies of the same ph oto should be retained by the candidate for use at the time of interview. Candid ates are advised not to change their appearance till the recruitment process is complete. Failure to produce the same photograph at the time of interview, may lead to disqualification. (iv) Before applying for the post, candidates should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility and other criteria mentioned in this advertisement.
