The ages of the faculty range from 25 to 54. Visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learners will benefit from this instructional tool. All learners have the necessary skills in computer applications. Most of our teachers can connect a mouse and a keyboard to a computer, but confusion enters the picture when you have extra cables needed for 21st Century connections. Motivation (ARCS Model): Attention Factor: The video will grab the viewers attention by showing how to assemble a 21st Century Classroom computer workstation, linking to the classroom sound system, connecting to the video port for ceiling projector, and setting up a wireless pad. Relevance Factor: It is essential for educators to learn how to set up a 21st Century Classroom in order to understand and use these technology tools. Trouble shooting little problems will become easier with the knowledge gained from setting up all the components in these updated classrooms.

Confidence Factor: The tech contact will demonstrate how easy it is to set up 21st Century Classroom equipment. The ease of assembly will increase the viewers confidence to setup their equipment at the beginning of the school year. It will also encourage teachers to try and solve minor problems prior to sending a work request. Satisfaction Factor: After viewing the video, the instructor will encourage all the learners to setup their 21st Century Classroom equipment. The viewers will gain confidence and pride in their ability to set up technology equipment in their classrooms without the assistance of the tech contact. The video will be stored on the network in the Faculty Projects folder for those wishing to review the video. Learning Objective: Using the video as a reference, the learners will assemble their 21st Century Classrooms with 100% accuracy. It is understood that some learners may require more than one attempt to achieve the goal.
