But in this regard I have to state that I have already and legally been bounded by UGC New Delhis Rajiv Gandhi National Fellowship (RGNF). That I have been already selected for UGC New Delhis Rajiv Gandhi National Fellowship (RFNF) as awardee. That I have been already sanctioned the monthly fellowship amount and other contingencies besides other things by them vide their letter No. F1-17.1/2011-12/RGNF-ST-MAH-10341/(SA-III/website) dated 06/06/2012. The copy of it has been already sent by the RGNF UGC New Delhi to the Registrar, Pondicherry University Campus, Puducherry and the HOD, Department of Computer Science , Pondicherry University Campus, Puducherry for their information and follow up. This is as per the said letter. The said award has been received by me about 4 months ago. The said RGNF UGC New Delhi award is clearly said about the legal liability to repay in consequences and in turn to cancell the award in the last but one parigraph (item No. iv) as Any other fellowship is drawn from other source(s) that means the RGNF fellowship is liable to be cancelled if the awardee i.e. myself is received your said offered project fellowship. Both the fellowships are under UGC New Delhis norms. In this way I shall be landed in the problem/trouble if accepted your offer (proposed). Hence it shall be also under willful breach of the award and misconduct on my part if I accepted your offer of fellowship. Under the circumstances mentioned above I have been legally and technically prohibited though willing and interested to accept the said your offer of fellowship. Mam, I regret the inconvenience caused to you in this regard. Thanking you, Your sincerely and most obediently.
