STANDARD OPERATION POLICY:


ORIGIN : Maintaining Pickup time. Without proper company seal shpt should not accepted. Discrepancy should be highlighted to consignor immediately. Check on required paperwork while accepting the shpt ( Material ) Tally on entire pickup before loading the vehicle. Co-coordinating with consignor (customer) for data transfer for further process. Vehicle should be sealed at consignor point itself. Challan or Manifest should be prepared while dispatching the vehicle.

STANDARD OPERATION POLICY: DESTINATION (Warehouse OR HUB) : Vehicle Seal should be check as per Challan or Manifest. Paperwork and Manifest should be tally as per the physical Shpt (Material). Discrepancy should be highlight immediately if any. Confirmations on data receive from consignor. Paperwork should be thoroughly checked before forwarding to final destination for further process or for clearance. Proper Check point should be capture in system before forwarding..

STANDARD OPERATION POLICY: DELIVERY BRANCH OR EXPRESS CENTRE :


Tallying shpt (Material) as per Clearance paperwork and with dispatch manifest or challan. Discrepancy should be highlight immediately if any. Route or Area wise sorting. Proper Check point should be created in system before moving the shpt (Material) for delivery. COD data should be maintain for 100% collection of delivery shpt.(COD SHPT) Security check should be done as per paperwork while loading the vehicle for delivery Security wills maintaning fleet record.

STANDARD OPERATION POLICY:


FIELD OPERATION :
Maintaining delivery cutoff for timely delivery. Delivery wise (Route) shpt should be arranged in vehicle to avoid discrepancy and time. No open delivery ( AS PER NOM ) Cash confirmation should be taken from the customer before handover of shpt (Material). After delivery we should update customer regarding the intact (Sealed) condition before customer open the shpt (Material) to avoid discrepancy.(Six Side ChecK) Sorry card (MISS YOU) should be drop in case consignee is available at residence or office. Vehicle should be properly locked while going for delivery attempt to avoid pilferage. For undelivered shpt (Material) proper reason should be capture on delivery sheet. ( Customer voice ) Delivery should be handover only at customer place dont call or request consignee to contact at any open place to avoid cash discrepancy. Proper handover of return shpt (Material) & cash as per D sheet should be given to

STANDARD OPERATION POLICY:


Updating Operation :
Taking Proper Tally of returned shpt ( Material ) and cash as per record maintain. Cash record should be maintained properly. Same day Updating of all shpt should be capture in sytem before 24hrs. Customer voice should be capture in system in case of all undelivered shpt ( Material ). Report should be run on daily basis to maintain the record of previous as well as current load ( Material ) to avoid pilferage and discrepancy. Immediate calling should done on refuse shpt ( Material ) to cross verify the reason. Any discrepancy is happen on field should immediately action and highlighted to consignor. Return / Pending / Late arrival shpt should be properly arranged for next day priority delivery.
