Appetizers
Steak tartar- House made tartar seasoned with fresh herbs served with fresh made crostini. Fried calamari- Tender calamari delicately fried then tossed in a zesty cherry pepper and garlic oil. Heirloom tomato and organic watermelon salad- Fresh heirloom tomatoes are tossed with organic watermelon
in sweet and savory bacon vinaigrette on top of a baby arugula salad.

Thai waterfall skewers- Grass-fed organic skirt steak is marinated in a ginger, lemongrass soy sauce
and then grilled to perfection. Served with a hearty slice of grilled pineapple.

Caprese - Fresh beefsteak tomatoes are tossed with house made mozzarella and house grown basil
lightly dressed with olive oil, fresh cracked pepper and sea salt.

Entrees

Blackened Rib-eye- Prime, dry-aged rib eye is smothered in our own blackening spice and then topped
with a peach and champagne compote.

Pan seared truffle filet mignon- Hand-cut, prime, dry-aged filet is delicately seasoned with truffle salt
and then pan seared to your desired temperature. Topped with your choice of any of our house made demiglaces.

Steak fritz- Prime, dry-aged NY strip is grilled to perfection and then smothered with caramelized
onions and buttermilk fried onions. Topped with a bourbon brown sugar demiglace.

Burger club- Certified American Kobe beef burger seasoned with our infamous burger spice and grilled
to perfection; nestled between your choice of any of our fresh-made breads, served with tomato and crisp Boston bibb lettuce.

Broiled Chilean Sea bass- Fresh-caught Chilean sea bass delicately seasoned with our broiling dust then
broiled to a moist, tender finish. Served with a lobster and tomato butter.

Butter basted tournedos- Twin hand-cut, dry-aged, prime filets are butter basted to perfection. Root vegetable risotto- Seasonal root vegetables such as celery root, turnips, and carrots are oven roasted
and incorporated with a delicious parmesan and roasted garlic risotto. A great vegetarian option.

Smoked trout almandine- Fresh trout is house-smoked and topped with a savory almond burre blanc. Chicken marsala- Grass-fed organic chicken is delicately coated with seasoned flour then pan seared to a
crispy, moist, finish. Tossed with fresh fettuccini in marsala sauce.

Short ribs- House-cut short ribs are braised until fork tender in a pinot noir bath. Served with a
selection of seasonal braised house grown vegetables.

Dessert
Ice cream or sorbet du jour- Ask your server for our daily selections. Triple chocolate souffl- Airy souffl with a dark Belgian chocolate and milk chocolate filling topped
with a bittersweet chocolate liquor sauce.

Strawberry shortcake- Moist, crumbly biscuits are topped with a heaping portion of fresh picked
strawberries and finished with a dollop of whipped cream.

Peanut butter paradise- A peanut butter lovers paradise. House-made jumbo peanut butter cups are
coated in a peanut butter cookie batter and then baked to perfection. Topped with a creamy peanut butter sauce and served with your choice of ice cream.

Salted caramel croissant pudding- Fresh-baked croissants are diced and mixed with salted caramel custard
and baked till finished. Served with a mixed nut ice cream.
