Purpose
The purpose of the Electronic Earnings Documents System is to provide electronic ePaystub and eW-2 access to users through a secure web site.
Benefits
The major benefit to you, the user, is increased access to the information you need to manage your account. For example, you may: Access Electronic Earnings Documents 24/7 Review historical Electronic Earnings Documents information Receive automatic notification by email when a new ePaystub or eW-2 is available ePaystub and eW-2 can be viewed, saved and printed in PDF format Control many of the Electronic Earnings Documents System functions: Enrollment Password set/reset Security questions Email notification preferences

Security Features
During the registration process you will answer a few simple security questions, provide unique User ID, Alt ID, and choose a password. Once registration is complete, accurate, and valid, you will receive an email from the system containing login information.
Troubleshooting Features
There are troubleshooting features in the system for recovering your User ID and Resetting a Password. You can call the HELP DESK at 800-733-7842 if there are technical issues.

2. Create and enter a User ID 3. Enter Text as seen in the image box (Note: CaSe seNsiTive) 4. Click on View Terms and Conditions to view Terms and Conditions 5. Click in the I Agree checkbox to accept the Terms and Conditions 6. Click Next Note: Click Whats this? for questions about Code Verification. If you cannot read the Code Verification text, click on Next Image to scroll to the next image.

7. Enter ALT ID 8. Enter Last 4 Digits of your Social Security Number (for US) or Social Insurance Number (for Canada) 9. Click Next Note: Click here to see a sample paystub for location of the ALT ID. Note: Click Previous to return to the previous page; Click Cancel to stop or if you have entered the wrong information.

10. First Name and Last Name are populated from a validation against your ALT ID and Last 4 Digits of SSN 11. Click IRS Disclosure Statement link to view the Kelly Services Disclosure Statement and check the I Agree checkbox to agree with the statement 12. Select the primary address for ePaystub and eW-2 notifications. The system requires an email or text message address to provide self-password reset or allow recovery of lost user ids. Messages will be sent to your primary address. Note: email notification is not available if no email is provided Select Mobile Number provider and enter Mobile Number. (Text message can be set as primary notification only when mobile number is provided) 13. Optional: If you wish to be automatically notified when a new document is available, click one of the Notification Method checkboxes either Email or Text Message. 14. Click Next Note: Click Previous to return to the previous page; Click Cancel to stop or if you have entered the wrong information.

15. Select Security Image. Click Next link for more images Note: When the image is chosen, screen displays only the selected image (refer below screen shot). To choose different image click the link below the image.

Go to https://ebpp.documentdna.com/kellyus/ 1. Enter the User ID you created 2. Click Login Note: If the system does not accept your User ID, select Recover User ID. Refer to the Troubleshooting Features section of this manual for instructions on recovering your User ID.

If the Security Image and Caption match the image and caption, you set up during registration then go to Step 5 Note: If the Security Image and Caption do not match and you have entered your user ID correctly, then DO NOT re-enter the password, but immediately report the issue to the HELP DESK at 800-733-7842. 5. Enter your Password 6. Click Login Note: At unsuccessful Login the screen prompts you to contact the HELP DESK at 800-733-7842. Note: To cancel login for any reason, click Cancel button or Not (Username)? link at the top right corner which returns to the login page.

SEARCH
You can search for both Paystubs and W-2s. When searching for Paystubs you can search by Period Starting Date, Period Ending Date, Payment Date, and Total Net Pay Current. If searching for a W-2 you can search by Year. 1. Select Search from the navigation channel in the upper left corner of any screen

2. Your Employee Number populates by default 3. Select the Document Type (e.g. W-2, Paystubs) 4. Select the Search By criteria: Period Starting Date, Period Ending Date, Payment Date, Total Net Pay Current, or Year (for W-2 searches) 5. Select Parameters/Range as applicable, (e.g. Equal To, Greater Than, Less Than, Between) 6. Click in the text field to enter the amount for the Total Net Pay Current, Year or click on the calendar to select the desired Date 7. Click on the Search button
Click the View PDF Document icon. Documents are viewed using Adobe Acrobat Reader in PDF format

USER PROFILE
UPDATE USER PROFILE
1. Select User Profile from the navigation channel in the upper left corner of any screen
2. Add new information or change the information in your profile 3. Click Submit to update the changes to your profile; click Reset to delete the recent changes in your profile. Note: The system will indicate if your profile has been updated successfully.

LOGIN HISTORY
This screen shows the dates and IP addresses of past successful and unsuccessful logins for your account.

TROUBLESHOOTING FEATURES
In the Electronic Earnings Documents System, there are two major troubleshooting procedures to use when you are unable to login to the site: Recover User ID and Reset Password. These troubleshooting procedures will minimize your down time when you run into issues related to your user id or password. Note: The security question and image should match the one that you chose during login. If the image or question is not the one you chose at log in please call the HELP DESK at 800-733-7842. Troubleshooting Process To troubleshoot login issues proceed as follows:
Recover User ID
1. If the system does not accept your User ID or if you have forgotten it, click on the Recover User

1. Recover User ID window appears 2. Enter the Email Address or Mobile Number used at registration. If you are not sure which one you chose as the primary notification during the registration process for your User ID, enter both 3. Click Submit
4. You will receive notification, by the method specified in your profile (see email example below), with your User ID. You may now re-try the login process with the User ID, a sample of this notification appears below Note: If you didnt receive an email/text message or if the user id is still not accepted then call the HELP DESK at 800-733-7842.

Reset Password
1. Click on Reset Password if you cannot remember your password
