Identification & use of automobile tools & equipments Identification of major components of two, three & four wheeler. Dismantling & assembling of single cylinder Two-stroke petrol engine. Dismantling & assembling of single cylinder Four-stroke petrol engine. Calculate the swept volume ,compression ratio and check compression pressure of a given engine. Changing of engine oil, oil filters, fuel filters in Four stroke engine. Adjusting of belt tension of cooling / charging system. Setting valve clearence. Cleaning and adjustment of spark plug gap. Use of Torque wrench Removal of Wheels & tyres of any given vehicle Washing of different vehicles using High pressure washing system. Lubrication of different vehicles using High pressure grease gun.
