GCMS (gas chromatography mass spectrometer ) Utilizing many of the high-end features of the advanced GC-MS,Gas Chromatograph/Mass Spectrometer,

the GC-MS, offers high throughput and excellent productivity for routine analysis applications, providing users with an excellent performance-toprice ratio. GC-MS is ideally suited to the analysis of many small molecular weight organic and inorganic compounds. These include:

amino acids organic acids fatty acids & triglycerides lipids steroids sugars pesticides & herbicides pharmaceutical/nutraceutical volatile & semi-volatile organics explosive compounds petrochemical / hydrocarbons forensics

Approximate cost: 30 lakhs in INR

Features High Sensitivity The GC-MS features the same newly designed ion optics as our best selling GCMS. For the highest sensitivity of target compounds and easy identification of unknowns in the same run, Scan and SIM can be set in one method file. The Optimum for Fast GC-MS The GCMS features the fastest quadrupole on the market with its maximum data acquisition frequency of 50 Hz and maximum scan speed of 10000 amu/sec. In combination with the GC2010, designed for Fast GC with its standard high pressure AFC (Advanced Flow control) and unique Constant Linear Velocity for optimal chromatographic resolution, the GCMS system reduces your retention times drastically. The SIM mode enables monitoring of up to 64 sets of ions with up to 64 ions per set-potentially determining hundreds of compounds simultaneously. Time-based Scan and SIM modes with 64 changes in each run maximize flexibility and performance.

Reliability The newly designed injection systems of the GC and the mass stability of the GCMS lead to the highest reproducibility of your data. Quality and reliability of the results are assured by GCMSsolution, which offers system check and QA/QC functions that make it easy to work in a GLP/GMP environment as well as audit trail functions and password-protected user-level assignments. Easy Maintenance In the GCMS ion source, filaments and lens system are easily accessible through the hinged door at the front of the instrument, making maintenance procedures like ion source cleaning an easy task. The new MSnavigator software shows troubleshooting and maintenance procedures stepby-step in pictures, and automatically gives remedies in case a QA/QC check fails. Flexibility Various options make the GCMS a versatile instrument in the laboratory. These include:

Direct Inlet - The DI-2010 Direct Inlet option allows users to input samples directly into the ion source at temperatures up to 500C without disconnecting the chromatograph. It delivers the fastest sample identification available. Additional Detectors - The GCMS Series has the ability to add additional detectors (FID, TCD, ECD, FPD, FTD). Libraries - Classical spectrum permits rapid identification of unknowns using several commercial libraries (e.g., NIST, Wiley, Pesticides, Polymer Additives, etc.), making the GCMS ideal for a variety of high-throughput applications. Accessories - Choose from a number of accessories, including the AOC-20i/s, and PY2020 Pyrolyzer, for sampling flexibility or to create an application-specific system.

Software GCMSsolution Software Data Acquisition and control of the GCMS is carried out by GCMSsolution software, which offers new and innovative solutions to the challenges of high-sample throughput, instrument control, diverse data handling, and integration with regulatory compliance.

TOC Analyzer (TOTAL ORGANIC CARBON ANALYZER)

Applications
Total organic carbon (TOC) analyzers are used to evaluate the total amount of organic matter in water from the amount of carbon it contains. TOC analyzers are used in diverse fields, including the management of tap water, effluent, and ultrapure water, management of pharmaceutical water used in drug manufacturing processes, evaluation of cleaning efficiency (cleaning validation), and environmental investigations of river water and soils.
