Recipe

1. Pre-heat oven at 220 degrees (5min) 2. Fill two pots with clean water and boil the water (10min) *The water will have boiled once it has started bubbling, always frequently check upon the boiling water 3. Cut the mushroom as shown in the picture below (5min)

*Always make sure to cut off some of the stem as there may be dirt on it 4. Mince the 5 cloves of garlic and half of the onion (5min) 5. Dice the four different capsicum as shown in the image below (5min)

6. Crush and mince the almonds and pine nuts (5min) 7. Place all the cut pieces of mushroom in one of the boiled pot of water *The mushroom will have changed to one colour, light brown and it will have become soft when ready for cooking 8. Place the pasta in the other pot and wait for it to cook (10min) 9. Add a pinch of salt into the pot 10. Cut the spinach by taking the leaves off the stalk (5min) 11. Pour oil into a pan and start frying the onions and garlic until they are crisp (10min) *When pouring the oil pour twice as usual as this dish contains a lot of ingredients 12. While one person is cooking the garlic and pasta prepare the nuts by cutting them into small pieces (5min) 13. Melt the pure butter in a microwave (2min) 14. Mix the butter with 50ml of milk and a block of cheese until you have a nice paste (5min) 15. Drain the pasta and mushroom 5(min) 16. Add the cut ingredients, mushroom, spinach and mushroom into the garlic and onion into the pan (5min) 17. Add the pasta and start frying in the pan (10min) 18. Add 5 table spoons of pepper and salt into the pan 19. Add one chili into the pan 20. Start cooking the ingredients (10min) *Make sure to be constantly moving the ingredient with the spatula, if not pasta will stick to the bottom of the pan. 21. Put the mixture that you have just fried into a small baking dish (5min)

Sprinkle the minced nuts in the top Place the cheese mix on top Add mozzarella cheese on top of that On top that add the crushed nuts to add texture Bake in the oven for 10 minutes
