current BIOS V. 1.06: Solved problems: Windows related: - Shared VideoMemory Size was 64 MB. With BIOS 1.06 VRAM Size is 128 MB (XP). - Login Screen is visible on internal display, instead of the connected external monitor / single monitor use (XP). - Brightness level is saved after resume from S3/S4/S5 (XP). BIOS related: - Owner Information can be used now. The information is visible at the boot screen during the boot process. - Boot menu can be requested with F12, only if this option is enabled. In former versions the Boot menu was always available after pressing F12. - If BIOS setup item ?Boot Menu? is disabled and user presses F12, the system always boots from PXE. - Default Value of ?Boot Menu? is enabled, instead of disabled in former versions. - If the customer presses FN+F11 the fan will perform at the maximum speed. - If EPP Parallel port setting is configured in BIOS, in Windows the same configuration is visible. In former version ECP was shown. Known errors, problems and restrictions: - If an external monitor is connected (DVI) and configured as single monitor, the whole DOS and BIOS screen can?t be shown on it. DVI works only on Operating System properly. - Brightness level is saved after resume from S3/S4/S5, on VISTA OS, sometimes failed after S4/S5. - BIOS 1.06 doesn?t support Hardware Profile hotplug support. Customer can choose HW profile during system boot, but can?t change it dynamically. - If Windows VISTA SP1 is installed, it could be possible that Wake up on LAN from S3/S4 are not possible. (very sporadically)
