was perfected pursuant to California Civil Code by delivery of a stop notice, a true and
accurate copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 1 and is incorporated herein by
reference, to City of San Bernardino as Successor Agency to the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of San Bernardino on July 12, 2012. The Debtor is indebted to
ALLISON MECHANICAL, INC., in the principal sum of $421,184.00, with interest at the
rate of ten percent per annum.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that ALLISON MECHANICAL, INC. is
providing this notice only to preserve, perfect, maintain and continue its lien rights under
California law and to comply with the requirements of 11 U.S.C. 546(b)(2). ALLISON
MECHANICAL, INC. intends to enforce its interest in the funds securing the stop notice.

The labor and/or materials furnished by the claimant are of the following general kind:

Repair analysis and repair of the existing HVAC system located; duct cleaning for the
projection rooms; Re-pipe condensate drain traps on 27 units; Add TH-20 and the ticket
booth units to the control system.

The total value of the whole amount of labor and materials agreed to be furnished and actually

YOU ARE REQUIRED to set aside sufficient funds to satisfy this claim with interest, court
