ORDER AND NOTICE OF STATUS AND SCHEDULING CONFERENCE Before the Court is the Motion of Cheryl M. Foley, Thomas Wilner, Jane Wilner, Charles Jackson, Mary Jackson, and Kevin B. Allen, Individually and as Representatives of a Certified Class of Members, To Appoint Chapter 11 Trustee (Motion). The Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors, Cordillera Metropolitan District and the Cordillera Property Owners Association, Inc. have joined in the Motion (Joinders). On August 7, 2012, the Debtor filed its Objection to the Motion and David Wilhelm has joined in Debtors Objection (Objections). In addition, Debtor filed an Opposition to the Joinders. Pursuant to the colloquy on the record at the hearing held on July 30, 2012, and in order to achieve a prompt resolution of the Motion, this Court will convene a status and scheduling conference on the Motion, the Joinders, the Objections thereto, and Debtors Opposition to the Joinders. Accordingly, it is ORDERED and NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a status and scheduling conference will be held on WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 15, 2012 AT 11:00 A.M. in Courtroom C205, Rogers Court House, 1929 Stout Street, Denver, Colorado, 80294; and it is FURTHER ORDERED that parties may appear by TELEPHONE and may do so by calling in to the Courtroom approximately 10 minutes prior to the time set for the hearing.
