PROCEDURES TO RESOLVE THOSE CLAIMS, AND FOR APPOINTMENT OF
SPECIAL PACA COUNSEL: SUPERIOR TOMATO-AVOCADO, LTD.
TO THE HONORABLE UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY JUDGE:
Now comes the reorganized Debtors and would show the Court as follows:
1. Previously, the reorganized Debtors submitted an "Order styled Order Establishing
Deadline to File P A:CA Trust Claims, for Procedures to Resolve Those Claims, and for Appointment
O>iSpecial P ACA Counsel: Superior Tomato-Avocado, Ltd." The Debtors request the Court to enter
:
an amended version of that order changing certain dates and deadlines to extend those dates and
deadlines.
2. The Debtors' counsel has discovered that he had uploaded, in error, an earlier
version of the Order, which had earlier performance dates. Debtors move the Court to substitute
the attached version of the Order, styled "Amended Order Establishing a Deadline to File P ACA
Trust Claims, for Procedures to Resolve Those Claims, and for Appointment of Special P ACA
Counsel: Superior Tomato-Avocado, Ltd.," reflecting new deadlines and dates, all of which
extend the time for response by parties.
