Obscure Portrait of Humanity in Interdependency Problems covered by poverty including starvation, destitution, and malnutrition in an extreme level. Almost 29000 children died in a day, they lack of access to education, and untouched by government of the state. They fight and struggle against starvation which paradoxically exists in well-developed age and globalization that coming after World War II. Experts have executed various achievements to fight poverty around the world. Such strategy like education quality improvement, the increasing amount of low wage worker salary, and direct food aid to fulfill consumption needs seem unable to pressure poverty quantities. Strategies generated by common above have become quotidian ideas in poverty reduction. Conversely, consumptive strategies of poverty eradication only stand in short period. IMF Roles in International Economic Problems International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Bank implement Structural Adjustment system to fix the situation that all developing countries facing. By applying neoliberal ideology as the precondition, IMF gives supports and contributions on condition that the country follows Structural Adjustment Policies (SAPs). On the formal regulation, recipient must repay the debts for worlds economic restructuration. This is considered weird enough when they fight hard within their country low standard; they have to prioritize the debt payment. According to Washington Consensus law later adapted by IMF, they point some of policies like open for global market widely, domestic privatization, minimalize local government roles, and exporting the states commodities actively. Unfortunately, every poor country fallen by crisis problems see the fund given by IMF and World Bank as a sanctuary to reduce crisis problems in their country without even consider the harm in advance. Countries that implement neoliberal system economic, which refer to IMF law, must face the global foreign intervention on their economic movements. The loan recipients are demanded to increase the export of their primary commodities from petroleum sector, food and agriculture, and so on. They dont realize that taking the fund and obeying the laws given by IMF will just throw them to the poverty trap. Case Studies of Crisis Solving across Countries In Africa, the government has to export its agricultural and gas commodities to foreign party, but burdened with the subsidies price given by foreign institutions. This is absurd, knowing that Africa is struggling in poverties and is the biggest country with starvation failure from over the world, but actively exporting its food commodities to foreign. Another case found in Indonesia. In 2006 noted about 65% of its citizen strapped in poverty line. This country actively take loans in order to improve the development in process, and in 1997 Indonesia receiving loans accounted to US$ 400 million from World Bank provided

that they only consume no more than 25% of their gas production, contrary to the fact that Indonesia is the biggest gas exporter in Asia. Indonesia which has been stuck in the neoliberalism trap cant refuse but accepting foreign investors entrenched and exploiting Indonesias assets for around 50% on agricultural, 75% on mining, and 85% on petrol and gases. Malaysia is the only country which economic system cured quickly in the era of 1997s crisis by strongly rejects loans offered by IMF. Malaysias government acts toward the problem solving of economic crisis in its country is so great by developing the regional infrastructures with minimum tools from foreign institution especially IMF. A significant result of famine reduction was greatly presented by China. In 30 years of working, China successfully raised standard living of 224 million people of its country, or equal to sum of population in Indonesia. China emphasized the works to rural area and minority population, because they realize that the key of the problems are on the inequality welfare. Then, China cooperated with International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) and creates methods on how to measure the poverty level in China with target reaching remote area in the country. Development movements in agriculture sector in rural regions are built by China. Government steadily formed organizations working with rigorous monitoring and evaluating method. After year by year through phases, China successfully reduces a number of poverty declines. In the middle year 2009, the number of citizen with gross capital between US$ 2 per day decreased from 85% to 36% from the citizen population. The government plays a strong role with rigorous monitoring and evaluating strategy, and it has proven effective. Steps Taken to Reduce Poverty Poverty abolition methods still put in test till today, but we should consider the steps given. Firstly, the SAPs regulation points made by IMF related to International Cooperation should get revised. There are mistakes in the point of SAPs that shouldnt be put to the country in bad crisis situation. The points should be replaced as follows, a) Limitation export on primary commodities. This point is emphasized because the main problems often regarded on difficulties of how the government manage the commodities for its own citizen, b) abolishing the restriction of local government. The local government shouldnt get limits in order to preserve its own country, they have responsible role to maintain the economic sustainability. Secondly, government must able to take actions by their own hand to handle the country. In Malaysian case, a country can develop more without hectically begging fund from IMF. China built up pilots to work toward inequality in the country using monitoring and evaluating strategy. From China and Malaysia sample cases we can conclude that a government with good strategy and planning sure can reduce poverties covering its citizen. Corruption practices that always be done by the corruptors have to be watched and taken into serious action, because these bodies take an important role in the food distribution and bureaucracy.

Thirdly, keep focus on encouraging people with knowledge; at least, they are given wide view about how their world is going on. Education as the bassist of human living should be put at the second place after food aid. Because when a major population of the country is highly educated, many people will conscious to take up various actions that may lead to tremendous diminished poverty. Conclusion and Closing To eradicate poverty isnt about waste out our energy and money randomly to the poor with the hope they can eat and live well. What is the point of doing hard work while the economic political system in the country that responsible for humanity development isnt altered? Our government needs fixings, and so do the people. Each element such as international relation, states government, and people must cooperate and synchronize well in order to abolish poverty.
