Working as Sub Divisional Officer at Water and Power Development Authority Multan Pakistan from Dec.2010 to date.

As a SDO Management of continuity of Electric Supply for industrial, commercial and domestic consumers is key responsibility through load management and manpower managent.

Maintenance of 11 KV Over head line and under ground cables. Maintenance and load balancing of Distribution Transformers. Managing Efficiency of 11kV/400V distribution networks through load balancing and controlling theft of electricity.

Recovery of arrears from industrial, Domestic and Commercial consumers through manpower.

Controlling line losses through actual billing / dial reading. Managing shift staff for providing round clock customer services. Motivating staff to achieve routine and special tasks well in time. Managing general correspondence with all type of consumers, top management and all type of Govt. and private departments.

Moreover Safety of manpower is top priority. That is achieved through delivering daily Safety lectures, Monthly trainings to staff and checking T&P items on weekly basis.

Worked as Assistant Manager in Erection , commissioning and operation

of

KAWASAKI Steam Turbine Waste Heat Recovery Power Project in Maple Leaf Cement Factory Iskanderabad Mianwali from August 2008 to December 2010. My Responsibilities were: Erection: Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate with contractors on all technical matters. 2. Responsible for execution of work and enforcement of QA/QC and safety policy. 3. Arrangement of construction equipment tools and plants. 4. Assigning the duties to different supervisors and store keeper. 5. Arrangement of residence and transportation of personnel working on site. 6. Coordinate with the head office about any contractual and technical matter.
