THIS MATTER came before the Court upon the Debtors ex parte Motion for Order Shortening Time for Hearing (Shorten Time Motion) on the Debtors Emergency Motions as follows (Emergency Motions): 1. Emergency Motion for Order Authorizing Debtor to Continue Use of Existing Cash Management System and Prepetition Business Banking Accounts and Checks, and to Honor Pre-Petition Gift Cards (Cash Management Motion); Emergency Motion for Order Approving Proposed Adequate Assurance Under Bankruptcy Code 366 on an Interim Basis (Adequate Assurance Motion); Emergency Motion for Order Authorizing Debtor to Pay Prepetition Wages, Benefits and Associated Costs (Wage Motion); Emergency Motion to Reject Non-Residential Real Property Leases (Lease Rejection Motion); and Emergency Motion for Entry of Case Management Order (Case Management Motion).

The Court has reviewed the files and records herein and finds that cause exists for the requested relief. Now, therefore, it is hereby ORDERED: 1. 2. That the Shorten Time Motion is granted; and That the time for hearing on the Debtors Cash Management Motion and Wage Motion

is shortened to Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at 3:30 p.m. with responses due at the time of hearing. 3. The Debtor shall only be required to provide notice of the Cash Management and Wage

Motion to the Top 20 unsecured creditors, the United States Trustee, the United States Attorneys Office, the Office of the Attorney General, IRS Special Procedures and the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries (Notice Parties).

That the time for hearing on the Debtors Adequate Assurance Motion, Lease Rejection

Motion and Case Management Motion is shortened to Friday, October 12, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. with responses due at the time of hearing; and 5. The Debtor shall only be required to provide notice of the Adequate Assurance Motion

and Case Management Motion to the Notice Parties; and 6. The Debtor shall only be required to provide notice of the Lease Rejection Motion to
