READ THE ENROLLMENT ADVISORY FOR FIRST SEMESTER SC HOOL YEAR 2011-2012 POSTED IN THE PUP WEBSITE AND SENT TO YOUR SIS STUDENT AC C OUNT INBOX TO KNOW THE PUP C AMPUSES THAT ALLOW PAYMENT IN THEIR C ASHIER'S OFFIC E. BANK SERVICE FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. 1. Fill-up three (3) copies of Deposit Slip with your FULL NAME, Reference Number, Clearing Account Number (see Bank's Copy) and Total Amount Due (as indicated in the provided payment voucher). 2. Detach the Bank's C opy of this Payment Voucher. 3. Present to the LANDBANK Teller the duly accomplished Deposit Slip, the Bank's C opy of the Payment Voucher and your payment. 4. After processing your payment, the LANDBANK Teller will give you the duplicate and triplicate copies of the Deposit Slip. Keep them together with the Student's C opy of the Printed Payment Voucher. BEFORE LEAVING THE BANK C OUNTER, C HEC K THE BANK VALIDATION IN YOUR DEPOSIT SLIP IF YOUR REFERENC E NUMBER AND NAME ARE C ORREC TLY ENC ODED BY THE BANK TELLER.
