RECITALS On or about April 26, 2011, the Debtors filed their Fourth Omnibus Motion for

Order Disallowing Claims (Books and Records/No Documentation), which includes an objection to Claim No. 113 filed by Descartes (the Claim Objection). Pursuant to two prior stipulations and orders of the Court, the hearing on the Claim Objection (with respect to Claim No. 113 of Descartes only, as the balance of the objections in the Claim Objection have been resolved) is currently scheduled for August 31, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. B. The Parties have been exchanging documents and analyses in an effort to resolve

the Claim Objection. The Parties wish to further continue the hearing on the Claim Objection to afford them additional time to discuss a consensual resolution of the Claim Objection. STIPULATION WHEREFORE, based on the foregoing Recitals, the Parties, by and through their respective counsel, hereby agree and stipulate as follows: 1. The hearing on the Claim Objection (with respect to Claim No. 113 of Descartes

only) shall be continued to September 28, 2011, at 10:00 a.m., or such other date and time close to that date that is convenient to the Court. 2. The time for the Debtors to reply to Descartes opposition to the Claim Objection
