ORDER GRANTING SIXTH APPLICATION OF MCDONALD HOPKINS LLC2 AS SPECIAL COUNSEL TO DEBTORS FOR ALLOWANCE OF COMPENSATION FOR SERVICES RENDERED AND REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES -- FOR THE PERIOD FROM JANUARY 1, 2007 THROUGH APRIL 30, 2007 The matter coming before the Court upon the Sixth Application of McDonald Hopkins LLC as Special Counsel to Debtors for Allowance of Compensation for Services Rendered and Reimbursement of Expenses -- for the Period from January 1, 2007 through April 30, 2007, Docket No. 7481 (the Application), filed by McDonald Hopkins LLC (McDonald Hopkins) in the above-captioned debtors and debtors in possession (collectively, the Debtors) chapter 11 cases. The Court having reviewed the Application; and the Court finding that:

The Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 157 and 1532.

This is a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 157(b)(2). Venue of these chapter 11 cases and the Application is proper pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1408 and 1409 and Local Bankruptcy Rules. B. C. McDonald Hopkins is a duly appointed professional in the Debtors chapter 11 cases. Service and notice of the Application was adequate under this Courts orders, the

Bankruptcy Code, and all applicable Bankruptcy Rules. D. The fees and expenses requested in the Application are reasonable and are allowable

as actual, necessary services rendered and expenses incurred by McDonald Hopkins pursuant to this Courts orders and sections 330 and 331 of the United States Code, 11 U.S.C. 101-1532. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: 1. The fees and reimbursable expenses requested in the Application shall be, and

hereby are, allowed on an interim basis in the amounts of $65,556.00 for services rendered and $5,452.19 in expenses. 2. The Debtors shall be, and hereby are, authorized and directed to pay McDonald

Hopkins the amount of $71,008.19 ($65,556.00 in fees and $5,452.19 in expenses), with credit for any amounts previously remitted to McDonald Hopkins on account of those fees and expenses paid pursuant to orders of this Court.
