Federal Bank EPAY

Those who wish to register for the Fed e-Pay service of The Federal Bank Ltd for payment of amal jyothi fees may please fill application from below and submit it to us. Kindly note that the bank will be processing the transactions from the 15th day preceding the fee due dates. Hence you shall ensure sufficient balance in your account for prompt payment of fees. EPAY is an Auto pay solution wherein the Federal Bank savings account of the student/parent gets debited with the fee amount 15 days prior to the due dates and credited to the college account. EPAY will be executed round the year and hence in case of insufficient balance in the EPAY registered account, it will be re-attempted the next day. It supports late fee collection as in the case of Challan (EFEE). The procedure to be followed for converting the students from EFEE to EPAY mode is given below. Student/parents, who are having their savings/current accounts with Federal Bank can opt EPAY mode of fee collection. Duly filled in and signed application form by the account holder, from the students who wish to avail EPAY facility for fee remittance, and submit it to the college. The fee collection will commence 15 days prior to the due dates and the due amount as on date will be collected, provided there is sufficient balance in the account. Please note that a single student shall opt for either Challan (EFEE) or EPAY mode of fee remittance and not both, and hence EFEE will be disabled for EPAY students.

I declare that I am aware of the fee structure, periodicity and due dates of the various types of fees charged by the college for my ward. I authorize The Federal Bank Ltd. to debit the fee amount of my ward from my above mentioned Account not earlier than 15 days prior to the due dates, as decided by the College. In case of defaulted payments, I authorize the Bank to debit my account as and when sufficient balance is available any time during the academic year, with the fee amount due as on that date. I agree to maintain sufficient balance in my account to honor my commitment to pay the said fees. I understand that Banks liability is limited to debiting my account as mentioned above with/without fine and in periodicities as communicated to them by the College. This instruction shall be in force until I give a request in writing to the contrary.
