This means that Unite have the right to bargain on your behalf on pay, terms and conditions with.Transocean, Odjfell, Ensco, Diamond, Maersk Drilling, Noble, Archerwell. For more information or to have a say in your future, and have a right to vote on any pay offers you MUST be a member of Unite the Union, the largest trade union in the UK representing offshore workers UKDCA Pay Ballot 2012/13 Unite members covered under the UKDCA agreement voted by 63% to 37% to accept an improved offer of 4%. KCA Deutag : Unite members have a stand alone terms & conditions agreement which Unite full time officials and shop stewards, negotiate on their behalf with the company .
