Many required elements are missing. Marginally Legible with partial heading complete; paper is free from stain, wrinkle, or fold.

1- Not Meet Expectations Homework or Classwork was Not Handed In At All. Provides work that usually needs to be checked or redone to ensure quality. A majority of the required elements are missing. Illegible with majority of heading incomplete; paper is stained, wrinkled, or folded.

Student brings few needed materials to class and sometimes need extra time to settle down on task. Sometimes provides useful ideas when participating in group.
