Thank you for this wonderful library. I have never been to a better library in my life (56yrs.). Your wisdom, new age session is of such a high quality, so inspiring we are blessed to have this facility. A big thank you to the librarian who posted my library card back to me after I left it in the library. Many thanks. Thank you to a staff member who was such a help to me today. Eventually, I will be more skilled with your computers and printers. Just a fantastic result for my research, which was possible with her help. This library is my favorite library; I can always find the books that I want. When I was little, I enjoyed reading on the beanbags. I think you should make a place for people to have their bags reserved or placed. An information librarian on the told me about a new display stand featuring gay and lesbian literature by various authors covering this genre. One book caught my eye and I read the synopsis and proceeded to borrow it on my card. I have started to read it and I like what I have read so far. The movie event is always enjoyable. I would like to suggest to write a little synopsis of the story. Thank you. I love your library.

We are happy for patrons to bring bags into the library. Should you need one, we provide trolleys and baskets near the library entrance to make it easier to keep your bags with you when using the library.

Thanks for your fantastic suggestion. We will definitely consider this for the 2013 movie program. When you sent me a letter to indicate that items were overdue, you didnt let me know there were fines! The fines sat on my card for months without my knowing. Could you include this information in the future?

Our Response
The library notices for email and print advise that overdue fines apply but unfortunately, there is not enough room in an SMS notice to include this information. Did you know you can access your account information online using your membership number and PIN? Simply log in via the library website to view any overdue fines, your loan status and more. Need help? Just ask a staff member.

What has caused the Internet speeds to plunge to 11k/sec? This is one fifth of dial up speeds and way beyond the sparkling 250k/sec that was available until recently Great library, great staff, pity I cant say the same about your computers. What time wasters 10 15 minutes to open a page. Come on IT staff do something to improve same. Computers so slow. Were working fine for a while, now back to having to wait 20 minutes for a page to open. Not good enough in this day and age. Computer people, do what you are paid to do. Fix the problem. Couldnt get into Australia Post V2 parcel send took 19 minutes. Adobe updates, Java updates needed. Public computers Internet access to reduce security issues you just need a separate account separate to Council network and upgrade ADSL Computers unfair to homeless people who cant get anything done on dog slow ADSL2 I am somewhat perplexed & concerned that the childrens DVDs are no longer easily accessed by adults without having to walk right in and invade the childrens area. Why not put the DVD twirly jigs on the boarder area between the childrens area and the adult area. Then both can access easily without any potential problems. Ta! I had a fine which I had agreed to pay but the day I was here the computer couldnt accept payment! Then received a debt collector notice I thought that was a bit heavy handed. Sorted with a staff member who helped me and was lovely. Maybe rethink the heavy debt collector approach. I applied for my 2012 splash card here, I received it in the mail and it is awesome.

Thank you for your feedback. We have moved the junior films onto their own stand near the junior fiction collection. This should make it easier for everyone to access them and keep them separate from the young childrens DVDs.

Junior films and little kids DVDs shouldnt be put together. Now my kids (3-5) are asking to borrow junior films that are PG and not suitable for them. They see the photos on the front and think they want to watch them. Whingy kids = grumpy parents = not fun. We would like to see more classic movies and also famous Australian films. Comedy happy movies would be great too. Thank you very much to show the us movies in the great room. While the library has the best CD library I have come across, the Country CD collection needs to be seriously updated Suggestion. The library should buy Wii games to lend out to patrons. Kids get bored of the same games after a week or two. Would be fantastic to be able to borrow games and then return after 2 weeks (about the time they will be sick of it.
