INTRODUCTION

All praise is to Allah SWT and praise is upon his beloved Prophet Muhammad SAW. Our istighfar that there is no god except Allah. Our istighfar that Muhammad the prophet and messenger of Allah. Allah SWT, Allah the lord of this universe, Allah the master, Allah the creator, Allah the sustainers, Allah the most powerful and the strongest subhanallah glory be to Him. The title I had chosen is Islam Is The Message of Truth by Sheikh Ahmed Deedat. I am interested to get this speech as my speech review because I can know more detail about Islam and Christianity. As many we can hear right now, there are so many Christian had convert to Islam. So, this speech will reveal Islam is the truth religion and Christian does not the true religion. The speech is mainly about the different in Quran and Bible and there are also some others books that he compared.

Mr. Chairman and my dear brother and sister. The topic, Islam the message of peace ,Islam is the message of truth. That is the topic is given to me, Alhamdulillah. Do you know the meaning of word Islam? Islam means peace, come from the word salam. Salam means peace. In religious say, its means the religion of total submission to the love of Allah. Islam is the religion of total submission to the love of Allah. And truth, what is truth? Al-Haq. What is Al-Haq? Had the Isa a.s, Jesus-Christ he was Christian by Ponche Pailei at his trial. What is truth? Unfortunately, the Gospel not recording the answer but Allah S.W.T told in Holy Quran. What truth is? He said ( ) mean the truth comes from Allah alone, so, do not taught to be doubt. What words come from Allah is Haq. He is Al-Haq, the source of truth and what His reveal, what His inform in creation is Haq. The kitabul Haq (Quran). This is the Quran, Allah kalam. It tells you everything that Allah said is Haq and day mankind of peace, there is no way to get peace. Unless, you are informed with the source of peace. You have no truth, unless you are in contact with the source of truth. And we in the house of Islam, we believe that Allah S.W.T in His final revelation, His given this Haq to us in the form of the Holy Quran. Today, this day, this very day at the present moment, in Senegal, his Holiness the Pope is busy. In the Muslim country of Senegal, his busy. When he went to Kenya, he said we must have a dialogue with the Muslims. When he went to Turkey, he said, we must have a dialogue with the Muslims. Look, this Allah S.W.T telling us in Holy Quran in the ayat I read to you from surah Al-Imran. Where do you find Al-Imran in the Holy Quran? If you have translation like this particular one I have in my hand. But Abdullah Yusuf Ali, this Quran at the back of it, there is a comprehensive index, anything you want to know, everything on your fingertips. What do you want to know? You want to know marriage in Islam, at the M alphabet just like in the dictionary, you will find marriage, everything about marriage, with whom you can and with whom you cant. How many? Open the book, Allah had told you how many and how. What do you want to know? You want to know about heaven, at the H alphabet, you want to know about hell at the H alphabet, you want to know about Jesus at the J alphabet, you want to know about Moses at the M alphabet. What do you want to know? About the creation of the sea? Whatever you want, everything on your fingertips. In this encyclopaedia of Islam, the Holy Quran by Abdullah Yusuf Ali. And this Quran, Im happy to know to tell you, thats it makes available for you at the exits. There are available at rate price. A very suitable encyclopaedia of 2000 pages. You owe it to yourself that you avail yourself of the benefits you can derive from a translation such as this in surah Al-Imran, if we want to know where al-Imran the surah in Quran, you dont step paging through 2000 pages where Al-Imran is. What do you do is go to index and

look for word Imran and I alphabet. And it will tell you chapter 3, and 3 is easy to find because every pages numbered. Once you found chapter 3 and now telling you ayat 64. Ayat 64 is easy to find because every verses numbered. When you found it, read it. At home, make it practice. And whenever any person delivered a talk and he gives you a Quran as reference, make it point and going home check it up. Not you are doubt the speaker but for your own benefit. Once you check it and see it with your own eyes, you read it in your own mind and you attend read it all you can hear, that part of the message will be your own property. And you intend will be able sharing with other peoples. You owe yourself this privilege this honour. Go and refer any references in the Holy Quran. Verse 64 in Al-Imran (ayat quran) means oh people of the book. Who are the people of the book? Our learn admin will tell us. Ahlul Kitab means Jews and Christian. Allah S.W.T is telling us to call them Ya ahlul kitab, come! come!. (ayat quran) That will be command term us and you. Let us get where the command platform. Let us get together for the sake of mankind, for the sake of peace, for the sake of God. Let us get together in the command platform. And the base is getting together. Allah gives us the condition. I want somebody can tell me these are unreasonable condition. No 1, Allah said ( ) that we worship Allah and we have no associates no parts with Him. And we would not take from among of us Lord and patterns other than Allah. But if they are turn back, tell them that we are Muslims. Meaning that we have submitted our will to the beloved of Allah. What Allah wanted us to do, we have prepared to do. But let us get together in the fellowship of faith, in the worship one true God. There is only one God and let us worship Him whom Muslims said Allah and Muhammad S.A.W is not our Allah. Inform

the people, let them know but there are many of people who dont know this things. They think that we Muslims are anti-Christ that Dajjal, the anonymous of Jesus. They dont know that in the Holy Quran all had been told about Jesus. They dont know. As Muslims, we believe that Jesus was one mighty messenger of God, that we believe in his birth, he was Masih translated Christ and we believe the many miracle that he can give life of death and healing a blind and others by God permission. In my country, when I tell this to my fellow country means the Christians, they are thinking that I am nice to them, trying favour to them, trying to be nice to them. If I am say good about Jesus, they also say good about Muhammad S.A.W. You know that far from the truth. The Holy Quran is very shine. What I am telling you about, there is a chapter in Quran, surah Maryam, in order to murderer of Jesus, its happened in the Bible there is no such book. This Christian Bible, I had in my hand, the Old and New Testament put together, this one particular of Protestant has 66 books inside. The Roman Catholic version has 73 books inside put together and called Bible. In the 73 books of the Roman Catholic and the Protestant 66 books, there is no single book entitled Mary. You open the Quran, you will find Mary in surah Maryam. Now we have to inform this to peoples his holiness the Pope and Muslims had a dialogue. Where did he go to dialogue with Muslims? The late Tunku Abdul Rahman when I met him 1964, he told me that the Pope want have a dialogue with him. And I asked him what happened? Well, that dialogue is another kind of dialogue, not the dialogue I am having with you now with Muslims and non-Muslims that are sitting here, I am having a chat with you, I am explaining to you, but with Tunku Abdul Rahman, this holiness the Pope had a dialogue another kind. With Dr. Abdullah Nasifah, the rabitah also had a dialogue with another kind that world doesnt know. I dont know whether you knew that Tunku Abdul Rahman had a dialogue with holiness. Is there anybody know? Can anybody put up your hand that he knew about this? I cant

see any. But supposed the holiness was here today with us, I would have with all humanity appreciated your holiness. The Quran tell us, we need to have a dialogue with you. Allah tells to call them. And also in the Holy Bible tells you come, let us reason together. So, we are trying to have a little dialogue but unfortunately it wont come about. But, hypothetically, this evening, let us say his holiness with us today and we want to have dialogue with him and I start by asking him, he holiness. What your Holy Bible say about Muhammad?. What do you expected to hear from him ? All kind of priest and other they will tell us nothing. If you ask any questions, what does your Bible said about Muhammad S.A.W? They will tell you nothing. You may ask, why nothing? Does not the Holy Bible speak about the rise of Israel, rise of Communism and even the Beast in the book of revelation in the last book of Bible is speak about a Beast and even speak about Gog and Magog (yajuj majuj). All this things are mentioned in the Bible? They will say yes. Then, surely it must have something to say about this mighty messenger of God, Muhammad S.A.W, who made it possible for 1 billion Muslims today, 1 thousand million Muslims in the world to believe in Jesus because no Muslims are not Muslims if does not believing in Jesus. This man, Muhammad S.A.W, who made that possible, surely theres must be something about him in the Bible. The man will tell you, son, my son, if there were anything I would have no need, I have not seen it, I am not recognized it but this word Muhammad not to be found anywhere in the Bible. You may if you have my book, it is given out what Bible says about Muhammad S.A.W, there is reference there that in the Hebrew Bible, in original Hebrew language, in the Song of Solomon chapter 16 verse 5, its said (in Hebrew) means the world there Muhammadin which is Muhammad with respect and honour. In the Hebrew language there are 2 types of plural, plural of respect and plural of members. This is plural of respect. As we read in Quran, as Allah says ( ayat Quran ) means that there is for us send the revelation and

there is for us to protect it. What is Az? Father and Holy God ? No, we dont believe in that. Who? Allah, Jibrail and Muhammad? No. Who is it we? Who is it us? We know in the Arabic language, this is plural of respect. Allah was talking Himself let roil P, roil plural. So, Muhammad is mentioned by name but the Christian world that are translated the word Muhammadin into the word altogether lovely. So, when you read English Bible, it is altogether lovely. You cant imagine that it is talking about Muhammad S.A.W. Like for an example, Muhammad means praise, we cant imagine it was talking about Muhammad S.A.W. So, listen now, there are chapter and verses in Holy Bible, where Nabi Allah S.A.W is referred to and we may from the Christian entire world to the book of newtronomy. In the Old Testament, in the book newtronomy chapter 18, verses 18 and 19, I took the trouble before leave to the country, before living in the South Africa to learn this verse in your language, in your sweet language. And in case, I happened to mutilate your language, to murder your language. I know you are good people and you will be kind enough to overlook in my mistakes. I assure that whatever I said, the way I pronounced, it not intentionally wanting to mutilate your language. In the book of newtronomy, chapter 19 verse 18, in the Malay Bible it said ulangan. Verse 18 and 19. Seorang nabi akan kubangkitkan bagi mereka dari antara saudara mereka seperti engkau ini. Aku akan menaruh Firmanku dalam mulutnya. means I will raised them up a prophet from among the brotheran like you into thy. I will put my words into his mouth. Whos talking? God Almighty. His talking to Musa a.s. Telling him that Allah S.W.T will raised up for them, for the Jews, a prophet among the brotheran, from Bani Ismail because the Israel and the Arabian are brothers, coming from father Abraham. Ibrahim a.s has 2 wives Sarah and Hajar. The children of Sarah are the Jews and the children of Hajar are the arab and such as they are brothers. Dan ia akan mengatakan kepada mereka segala yang ku perintahkan kepadanya. Dan orang

yang tidak mendengarkan segala Firmanku yang diucapkan Nabi itu demi namaku. Daripadanya akan ku tuntut pertanggungjawaban. Means and He shall speak to them that all I command to him. And who does not hear all that I tell him in my name. I will fix you up. In the Roman Catholic version of Bible said I will take revenge to anybody that not listen to that Prophet comes along and speaking Allah names. Now, the most important part of this prophecy, we will deal with every phrase, InsyaAllah, that will fix Nabi Allah Ya Karim S.A.W like a glove. Is the glove specially made for you or for him? The most important phrase is seperti engkau ini. So, we want to know how Jesus as candidate of Christianity and Muhammad S.A.W, how it will fare and being like Moses. So, were going do a little bit dialogue as his holiness The Pope with us here, tonight. Your holiness, you see, Jesus-Christ is not candidate from Prophecy because in the first place Moses and Muhammad S.A.W, may Allah bless them both, they have a father and a mother. But Jesus only had a mother. He had no human father. Is that true? And any Christian will admit that is true. So, we can say in the Malay Bible oleh kerana itu, nabi Isa tidak seperti nabi Musa tetapi nabi Muhammad adalah seperti nabi Musa. Means therefore, Jesus is not like Moses but Muhammad s.a.w is like Moses. No 2, Moses and Muhammad were both born in normal way. Man and woman coming out together like any of us but Jesus-Christ was created by special miracle. The Holy Bible record before they came out together Mary and Jews the carpenter, she was found by the Holy ghost. And the Gospel, when this goodness was given to Mary, about both with the holy son, she said how can this thing be, when I have no men experience in sexuality with male. How can have a son? So, the Holy ghost come upon thy and the part of over shadow thy.

In the Quran, we are told when some situation arises that Jibrail come to Mariam and give her a good news about the birth of holy son. She said, how can I have son, when no men touched me ( exualy) ?. What does angel saying to that Allah create what is were, Allah decrease anything, He just say be and it happen. This is the Muslims concept without any interaction, Isa was born. Moses and Muhammad born in normal but Jesus born in special miracle. Ask the Christian, is it true? And without any hesitation, Christian will admit it. No 3, both Moses and Muhammad get married and get children in normal human life but Jesus is bachelor in his life. Is it true? Ask the Pope and he will tell you yes and any Christian they will tell you yes. No 4, Jesus, Moses and Muhammad, they both have era time, the all people dont accept it all heartily without a struggle. For Musa a.s his people gave suffered in desert for 40 years and our Nabi karim Muhammad S.A.W had suffered in Mekah for 13 years then, he hijrah to Madinah. In Madinah also, they not leave him alone without any war. Badar, Khandak and so on. No peace! But before they both died, the people accept them as prophecy the messenger of God. But Jesus-Christ, the Bible told us, he came on his own. He came to Jews but they all rejected him and even 2000 years of Christianity, his people as whole has rejected Jesus. They called him imposter; they said they kill him on the cross. Allah said they dont kill him nor discrusified him. But according to you all Christianity, is that true? Moses and Muhammad, both had accepted by the people in their lifetime but Jesus was rejected in his lifetime even now in 2000 years, is it true? And he has to admit it is true.

The speaker gives many stories to make audience more clear about the topic. The speaker knows well about the topic he delivers. The speaker should maintain the speed of his speech so that audience can easily catch up with what he is said

The speaker should make some joke to make audience more interest in his speech

CONCLUSION

In short, we as Muslims should be very grateful because we were born in Muslims and were rise with enough well educated in Islam. The only truth in this world is Islam. So, in order to tell peoples how Islam is really are, we need knowledge and had enough experience in missionary. We must always close to the teachers, ulama and experienced peoples because from there we can know more specifically about some subject. Besides, we need to have some thinking skills to spread Islam with a gentle way so that Islam can reach until the peoples heart and can fully understand by them. Most importantly, we must avoid from acting violently because it will make peoples misunderstand about Islam and called us terrorist. Yes, Islam must lead the world, must control the world but without unity Islam is nothing. Islam itself had teach us hows important the unity in ummah even solah jamaah also had applied it, just to show us that unity is basic in this Islam. Therefore, we have to think well and must be together so that they will realize Islam is the only truth in this universe.
