LEADERSHIP STYLE It is my convicIon that to lead well, one must serve well. Regardless of the sefng, I cannot ask someone under my leadership to do that which I am unwilling to do. We are not to lord it over those under our watch, but should follow the example of Christ in serving one another, teaching others to do the same (Maj 20:25-28; John 13:12-15). This has been my leadership style in both the ministry and the marketplace.

Personal Background
Childhood: I was born in Butler, Pennsylvania, though my family moved several Imes while I was young as my father advanced in his career with newspaper prinIng. My parents were very faithful in making church involvement a central part of my upbringing. Calling: At the age of ten, while grieving the loss of my grandmother, I came to the realizaIon that living for the American dream was pointless since this life is so nite. At that Ime I commijed to invesIng my life in full-Ime ministry. In more recent years many believers in various churches have armed Gods calling and giLing in my life. Marital Commitment: In 1996, as a student at Liberty University, I met my wife Kim. Our friendship blossomed into so much more, and we commijed our lives to one another in marriage on June 10, 2000. Kim received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Liberty University, and has worked clinically as an RN in pre-operaIve care, obstetrics, and rehabilitaIve care. Concise Theological Statement

InspiraHon of Scripture I believe the Scriptures are the inspired words of God, inerrant, and authoritaIve in all majers to which they speak. The Bible is the standard for all majers of faith and pracIce. (2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:19-21; Majhew 5:18) The Trinity I believe there is only one true God who exists eternally as three persons: the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Deuteronomy 6:4; Majhew 3:16-17; 28:18-20; Acts 7:55-56) The Person of Christ I believe that Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. He was born of the virgin Mary, crucied, buried, and rose again on the third day. Having ascended to heaven, He will come again to judge all mankind and reign forever. (John 1:1-14; 1 Cor 15:3-4; Acts 17:31) SalvaHon I believe that man, having fallen out of relaIonship with God through Adams sin, can be reconciled to God only through faith in the person and work of Jesus Christ. (Gen 3:1-10; John 3:16; 6:40; 11:25-26; Rom 5:15-19; 6:23; Eph 2:8-9)
