The company was established in a technical collaboration with Steyr Diamler Puch, Austria under the name Antifriction Bearing Corporation. The company started its operations by manufacturing thrust bearings Mipco Seiko Bearings Ltd., is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. -ABC Bearings Ltd has signed an agreement with NSK Ltd, Japan, on March 06,

2007, to form a Joint Venture Company to manufacture bearings for the automotive industry, targeting mainly Japanese and other transplant customers.
