About IJMDS The International Journal of Management and Development Studies (ISSN 00 ) is a double blind peer-review and refereed quarterly journal. It is published in January, April, July and October. It is an open access journal that publishes high-quality of articles, reviews, and short communications in Management, Commerce, Economics and Women studies. Accepted articles will be available online following the Journal's peer review process. The journal welcomes the submission of manuscripts that meet the general criteria of significance and academic excellence. 4. Guidelines for Contributors

Contributions are invited for publication in the journal with the following guidelines.

1. Manuscript submitted should be original unpublished work and has not been submitted for publication elsewhere. 2. Manuscript should be in MS Word format. Manuscripts must be double spaced, with 1-inch margins with Times New Roman, Font Size 12, black. 3. The first page of the manuscript (cover page) should contain the following information (i) title, (ii) the Author(s) name and institutional affiliation(s) of the author(s); (iii) an abstract of not more that 200 words. A footnote on the same sheet should give the name, address, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address of the authors(s). The authors name or affiliations should not appear anywhere else in the body of the manuscript. The actual paper should commence from the second page. 4. Each manuscript will be primarily examined by the editor, and then forwarded to two referees for blind review. The review process takes one month and the status would be known within a month of submission of the article. We will acknowledge the receipt of your paper by email. 5. The paper should start with an introduction and end with a conclusion summarizing the findings of the paper. The managerial /policy implications of the study should be highlighted separately towards the end of the paper. 6. The manuscript should not be more than 3000-4000 words. 7. Acknowledgements and the information on grants received can be given in a footnote, which should not be included in the consecutive numbering of footnotes. 8. Tables should be numbered consecutively. The title of the table should be placed above the table. Wherever necessary, the source should be indicated at the bottom. 9. Figures should be numbered consecutively. Wherever necessary, the sources should be indicated at the bottom. 10. Reference: Only those references should be cited with the surname of the author(s) along with the year of publication, page numbers, in brackets. Reference should be complete in all respects.

11. Displayed formulae should be numbered consecutively throughout the manuscript as (1), (2) etc., against the right-hand margin of the page. In case where the derivation of formulate has been abbreviated it would of help to the referees if the full derivation is presented on a separate sheet (not to be published).

The Journal is not responsible for the views of contributors, plagiarism or publication elsewhere of the articles submitted to it. Articles that do not follow these guidelines are liable for rejection. Referees comments will be forwarded if revision is suggested. Accepted articles will be available online following the Journal's peer review process. All manuscript submissions must be made through the journal's online manuscript system at Online Submissions.

5. PUBLICATION FEE
For Indian Authors Single author: Rs.1550 Multiple authors: Rs. 2050 Maximum three authors allowed per paper. For Foreign Authors Single author: USD 100 Multiple authors: USD 150 Maximum three authors allowed per paper.
