ASSIGNMENTDESCRIPTION IFC'sPPPAdvisoryunitrequiresaruralandsmallscalewaterandsanitationPPPspecialistwithemergingmarketexpertise, tosupportitsglobalbusinessdevelopmentandprojectimplementationactivities. Specifictasksaresetoutbelow: ProjectPreparation 1.AssistIFCteamsinconductingviabilityanalysesofspecificpotentialprojects,bycollectingandanalyzingtechnicaldata, reviewinganyexistingfeasibilitystudies,providinginputstofinancialmodels,etc. 2.AssistIFCbyprovidingtechnicalinputstointernalprojectappraisaldocumentsandprocesses(suchasQualityatEntry documents) 3.AssistIFCbyprovidingcontactswithpotentialinvestorsandoperators. Documents 4.Createandmaintainstandardprojectdocumentssuchascontractualagreementsandrequestsforproposals 5.Createandmaintaininvestorcontactlists Projectimplementation 6.Supervisetheworkoftechnicalconsultingfirms 7.Assistwithtechnicalstudiesandreviewsasneeded 8.QualityreviewofPPPtransactiondocuments

    FUNDINGSOURCE TheWorldBankintendstofinancetheassignment/servicesdescribedbelowunderthefollowingtrustfund(s): BANKBUDGET INDIVIDUAL/FIRMPROFILE Theconsultantshouldbeanindividual.
