Solutions to Sleep Deprivation caused by disruption from physically active sleeping partner Partner A = person experiencing sleep deprivation

Partner B= physically active sleeping partner

1. Get a bigger bed so there is enough space between each other 2. Have Partner B wear gloves to sleep to prevent scratching 3. Create a divider between the two sleeping partners 4. Sew Partner Bs pajama shirt sleep to side of pajamas to prevent punching 5. Install magnets to bed and pajamas so Partner B cannot move any part of his/her body past his/her side of the bed as the magnet will gently repel the body part 6. Get memory foam mattress instead of spring mattress to cushion movements 7. Pile a lot of pillows in the middle to separate the partners 8. Sleep on separate beds with 1 foot between 2 beds so Partner B falls in middle instead of rolling over and pushing Partner A off the bed 9.
