sense. When repairing a home we work closely with our asset managers to accomplish
the goal of reducing losses.

• Full-time REO Agent with funds available to make emergency repairs for REO clients.

• Proven systems for REOs and Valuations, including checklists for optimal performance.
• Team of deadline-oriented, diligent, professional, and experienced REO/BUYER specialist.
• A real estate sales professional that has extensive real estate experience in single, multi-family, investment
residential properties, and solid experience in asset and portfolio management.
• Utilizes diverse property sales tactics to close all high-end sales deals.
• Dynamic communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain rapport with Asset Managers.
