tactics and strategy. It is movement of groups of units to the battle. Tactics are the lowest level military science. If an armored unit attacks an i n f a n t r y unit, that's tactics. people are about is how to and defeat. Too often people surrender when 'uffer a defeatThese people are sellirlg Let us is evolved. One or more tactical v i c t o r i e s make a grand One O r grand tactical victories make a strate-

gic. Thus. one or more strategic victories make a grand strategic victor:. which w i n s the game. You may win a tactical battle but lose strategically in the long run. This is what happens to most people. They concentrate too on ofPo enemy units and not enough on strategy. If you can be perfect strategically you c a n make the most hopeless tactical blunders you want and still win the game. If, however, you are p e r f e c t tactically, but a w f u l strategically you w i l l g e t creamed. O f course, if you are lousy at tactics & s t r a t e g y reach f o r the arsenic. I hope I have straightened out a few people on the subject of strategy and tactics.
