Central Reservation System - Hotel is a complete web-based solution. It is developed for seamless online reservation, communication for Online Hotel booking business. The hoteliers can configure their business and manage their complete inventory in the CRS. It allows setting up rooms, property facilities, etc. The setup done in the CRS will be reflected in the alfanartravel.com Hotel booking portal from where the end users will do their bookings. The central reservation system (CRS), is a computerized system that stores and distributes information of a hotel, resort, or other lodging facilities. The Hotel CRS is mainly assistance for hoteliers to manage all of their online marketing and sales, where they can upload their rates & availabilities to be seen by all sales channels that are using a CRS. By signing up to use our extranet you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of Al-Fanar Travel: The password of the extranet is the responsibility of you, the hotelier. Al-Fanar Travel can accept no responsibility for fraudulent use of the extranet password. The password must not be disclosed to any other party without written consent from Al-Fanar Travel. The hotel agrees that any amendments made via the extranet are contractually binding as per Al-Fanar Travel General terms and conditions as outlined on our contract. All data loaded in the extranet is live and changes can be immediately seen and be booked by clients of Al-Fanar Travel. Rates lowered via the extranet override previously contracted rates and are valid from the time entered. Al-Fanar Travel reserve the right to withdraw access to the extranet upon termination of contract between Al-Fanar Travel & The Hotel, upon non-compliance with any of the outlined terms & conditions by the hotel or at the discretion of Al-Fanar Travel. Any amendments made via the extranet are applicable only to future reservations. Reservations already processed are not affected. The hotel is fully responsible for amending number of Allocation available rooms to closing out sales dates if the hotel becomes busy. All Rates on the extranet are per room per night including all taxes in US$. Meal plan can be included via the extranet. Accommodation owners / Managers are responsible for managing their own content. This includes the properties descriptions, room notes, facilities, map, photographs, and most importantly rates and availability. All this content is easily managed through a Hotel Extranet. Best Rates your hotel must put up the best rates online on the alfanartravel.com extranet. The Best Rates Online is defined as room rates at least equal to the lowest rates offered by any travel portal or online travel agents. You can price match. The Hotel promises to always provide alfanartravel.com with the cheapest bookable prices. The Best Price at least price parity on the booking day applies to all channels, including the linked partner pages and the hotels own web pages. Should a customer have booked a rate via alfanartravel.com and subsequently discover a cheaper offer of the hotel on different website, the hotel is obliged to refund the price difference to alfanartravel.com and to adjust the rates in the CRS system. Alfanartravel.com reserves the right to deactivate the best price rate in the system should such a rate difference not be adjusted by the hotel as requested. Room Blocking your hotel should Endeavour to block rooms in all room types. You may adjust the room blocking as necessary to accommodate the demands of seasonality, holiday periods, special events and other situations. It is of special importance that the hotel does not refer to its own home page or to another provider or the hotels phone number in the hotels description. Alfanartravel.com does not take any responsibility of incorrect or incomplete information that is entered in the hotel description or details furthermore alfanartravel.com reserves the right to change or modify inaccurate information about the hotel that does not match the standards of alfanartravel.com system ( e.g hotel photo , star classification ). Inaccurate, misleading or incorrect hotel details may lead to claims for damages. The stored prices and availability are legally binding for both the customer and the hotel. The hotel guarantees the acceptance of all bookings generated through alfanartravel.com CRS and further guarantees the accommodation to the customer. The Rooms booked through alfanartravel.com system may in no way be of lesser quality. This obligation to accommodate the guest also applies if the hotel has negligently failed to close allotments, although it is already fully booked, leading to overbooking. Cancellation of the reservations is not possible, since your hotel has a binding contractual obligation to the booking customer to provide accommodation. If you dont have a room for the customer you are obliged to offer the customer alternative accommodation in the direct vicinity of your hotel. The alternative accommodation must be in an establishment of the same category as your hotel and must be offered at the same conditions and prices as originally booked. In the case of overbooking caused by the hotel (as a result of poor management of allotments) the hotel is fully liable for any compensation claimed by the client. Reserved rooms will be held by the hotel management until 21:00 hours local time except where other rules are shown in the rate description or booking conditions. After this time the booking customer no longer has a right to the room unless he/she has informed the hotel directly of a later arrival. The hotel may at any time modify their data, room rates, allotments and information in order to influence their occupancy, the hotel rates must include all applicable taxes. The hotel guarantees to offer rooms for booking on the website of alfanartravel.com under the condition that these are just as favorable as those made available through other distribution channels. Booking Customers may cancel their bookings through the system up to 18:00 hours on the day of arrival without any charge unless otherwise specified in the rates and cancellation policies in the CRS. For every online cancellation both customer and the hotel receive a system generated message.

In the case of a booking customer not fulfilling the accommodation conditions or contract with the hotel, the hotel may charge reasonable no show fees. The hotel may determine the level of charges which are due in the case of a no-show in the CRS cancellation and no-show policies. A reservation system must be used and maintained. It is not possible to offer your room only on request as a direct contract partner, you can use our own online CRS. You can manage the number of available rooms and maintain closed dates in our CRS system yourselves.

Payment There are Two Different Payment Methods: Full Payment: Customers book online and pay Al-Fanar Travel Full amount of total stay, in this scenario any hotel policy and penalties will applied if occurred. Al-Fanar Travel Will sends the Payment to the Hotel on after the guest check-in to the hotel and before check-out. Payment in Hotel: The Guest will pay on our website only alfanartravel.com commission and the due balance which is equal to hotel contracted rates with Al-Fanar Travel will be paid upon Check-In at the Hotel. In This Option we cant apply any cancellation policies or penalties since we will be only able to collect the commission from Guest Credit Card. Non-Refundable Rates: If The Hotel prefer to provide Discounted Non-Refundable Rates on Our System then Al-Fanar Travel Will charge the customer the total Amount of Stay upon Booking on our system and agreed net contracted rates will be transferred to the Hotel Immediately either by Al-Fanar Travel Credit Card Authorization Form or Bank Transfer. Immediate Confirmation and applying your cancellation policy booking will confirmed after completion of verification processes With credit card confirmation, we apply your cancellation policy to penalize the No-Show customers.
