5. VSR SECTION SPECIFICATION

A. PRIMARY & SECONDARY MEMBERS PRIMARY MEMBERS-Will be built up I section with plates, SECONDRY MEMBERSS. Will be cold from Z/C with steel plates (ESSAR/JINDAL MAKE) B. PAINT ON STRUCTURAL MEMBERS: All structural members shall be cleaned remove dirt ,grease ,oil and loose mill scale and given one shop Coat of red oxide, air drying primer, ome additional finish symtheinic enamel paint smoke grey. C. CONNECTION : All field connections shall be bolted (Uniess otherwise noted). Primary bolted connections shall be famished with high strength bolts conform to the physical Physical specification of ASTM 325 (or equivalent). Secondary bolted connection shall be furnished with machine bolts conform to the physical Specifications of ASTM A307 (or equivalent)

D. PHYSICAL SPECIFICATION OF STRUCTURAL MEMBERS: All other miscellaneous primary & secondary members shall have a minimum yield strength of (345 Mpa) E. ROOF SHEETING : Roof sheeting shall be of 0.5 mm thick profiled color galvalume of 345 mm to 550mpa max Strength and 150gsmcoating. F. FASTENERS : Structurel fastener will be chrome plated high tensile steel with hex head ,self tapping sheet metal Screws with metal and neoprene washers (HT) All screws shall have have hexagonal heads. Secondary fastner will be mild steel . G. SEALERSilicon ,sealant will be used to seal all the sheets leak etc. H. FLASHING AND TRIM: Flashing & / or trim shall be furnished at the rake. Corners eaves framed openings & wherever necessary to provide Whether tightness and finished appearance .Material shall be 26G thick Conforming to the physical specifications Having minimum yield strength of 345 Mpa

J .EAVE GUTTERS: Eave gulter will be of 0.5 mm thk color coated galvalume sheet.

Any product of service that is not clearly specified in this proposal 3.DELIVERY PERIOD VSR PVT .LTD Will dispatch the building in 4 weeks from the latest date of receipt of the following Erection of building will take further 2-3 weeks. Signed supply contract/purchase order. Advance payment & approval drawings.

4. SUPPLY PRICES

A. PRICE FOR THE BULING UNIT-(A)(IN PUPEES) TOTAL SUPPLY PRICE OF STEEL STRUCTURE & SHEETING -9960 SQFT @220= rs.21,91200.00 TOTAL ERECTION PRICE OF STEEL STRUCTURE @ SHEETING-02.50 LACKS THE PRICE IS INCLUDING OF FREIGHT,TRANSIT INSURANCE

B. TAXES & DUTIES # 5.5% VAT WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA # 10.3% SERVICE TAX WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA ON ERECTION AMOUNT.

C. TERMS OF PAYMENT:SUPPLY40% ADVANCE OF SUPPLY VALUE. 40% AGAINST PI/INSEPECTION OF STUCTURAL MATERIAL BEFORE DESPATCH. 20% AGAINST PI/INSEPECTION OF STUCTURAL MATERIAL BEFORE DESPATCH. ERECTION30% ADVANCE 40% ON COMPLETION OF STRUCTURE. 20% ON COMPLETION OF SHEETING. 10% ON COMPLETION OF FINISHING.

6.TERMS &CONDITIONS OF SALE 1. CANCELLATION: Agreement and orders CANNOT be cancelled or modified by BUYER under any circumstance Without BUYER frist reaching an agreement in writing with SELLER covering all damages. If Cancellation or modification is agreed to by SELLER. BUYER agrees to promptly pay all Reasonable engineering and other expenses incurred by SELLER in connection with this Agreement and in any case not less than 5% of the agreement price in case of cancelled. 2. EXCLUSIONS: SELLER supply does not include any material or labor in connection with foundations, concrete. Setting of anchor bolts, grouting under columns or in recess around bottem of wallsheets. Electrical installations, plumbing. Finished painting , heating, masonry. Interior finishing, partitions. Glass and glazings or any item not shown in RTNB offer. 3. WARRANTY: VSR PVT. LTD products are warranted against failure due to defective material or workmanship for a period Of 20 years after erection.
