Executive Summary
As a part of our curriculum we have to prepare reports in each semester for each subject. In this way, our course teacher has assigned us to prepare the report: HRM practice in Grameen Phone. He took several lectures on preparation of this report and serving us necessary documents. The main view of this report is some real condition of business. As a student of BAM faculty this report is very essential for our practical life. Management is one of the major and important functions of any organization. Actually, management is the ability to induce groups towards the achievements of organizational or individual goals. Without proper management an organization cannot be conducted effectively and efficiently. So as a Student of BBA we always have to have the proper knowledge about management.
The lexicographical meaning of management is to administer or procure. Mainly management is to achieve goals through conducting rightly the man power and other equipments. Normally getting things done through other people in an efficient manner is management. In other word management is the art of getting things done through the effort of other people.

It is clear that, the prosperity and development of an individual or an organization depends largely upon management. So, to reach the organizational goals management is a must.

Objective of the report


As the business executive of future, we should need to gather knowledge on Management. We should not concern our lesson only in classroom but to implement it in practically that will help us in our future life. A clear objective helps to prepare a well-decorated term paper in which others take the right type of decision. Similarly our honorable course teacher Md. Muzahidul Islam sir gives us an assignment. Every work has some distinctive objectives. We also started the preparation of this report with some important and distinct objective to fulfill. As objective is the main overlooking part of a report, we set the following of object that will likely be a reflection of our report to understand. And to reach desired goal; the main objective of the repot are following, 1. To know the practical uses Human Resource Management in an organization. 2. To know the importance of HRM. 3. To know how to implement HRM in an organization. 4. To know about the Grameen Phone and its HR practice.

Methodology of the report


A well designed work always deserves appraisal and greetings. Every work is needed to have a standard methodology to make it quite successful in the course of its preparation. To make this report the best one as well as a means to further necessary analysis that are given bellow:

1. Thinking about the topic to make report.


2. Selecting the topics.

3. Data collection.

4. Data analysis. 5. Interpretation of analysis. 6. Presentation of analysis in the report. 7. Typing and editing design the report.

Limitations of the Report


"To err is human"- It is universal truth. No work on the world is complete without limitations. The study we made have some limitations. In spite of having some limitation we all have tried our best to fulfill our report. In preparing the report the limitation we found are as follows 1. Lack of proper information which is strongly needed for prepared our report. 2. Lack of proper practical skill about HR practice. 3. Minimum knowledge of resources. 4. Lack of sufficient experiences. 5. Lack of sufficient time.
