Field of application: In residential settings, offices and business complexes, car rentals, car dealers. It is the BEST solution for long-term car parking, places where the ceiling height (270 cm ONLY) allows the parking of two cars (one above the other), places where noindependent parking is not a problem as the lower car has to be removed before moving the upper car. All standard cars can be parked except S class Mercedes Benz or sports cars with low suspensions. Standard models available: PARK serie LIFT is composed by 5 models: - 21: used for low ceiling (min. 260 cm) and narrow parking space (min. 232 cm) - 22L: used for low ceiling (min. 260 cm) and wide parking space (min. 250 cm) - 22A: used for high ceiling (min. 315 cm) and narrow parking space (min. 232 cm) - 23: used for high ceiling (min. 315 cm) and wide parking space (min. 250 cm) - PARKONE 2.5: used for high ceiling (min. 325 cm) and wide parking space (min. 250 cm) with loading capacity up to 2.5 ton. System description: The car parking system has one platform: it can be inclined at 3.4 or 7.8 angle during the installation procedure. The lower parking space is at floor level. The platform is equipped with: - a platform side (on request) - a cradle that prevents any car movement if the car is parked out of gear - a wheel stop to prevent any accidental driving mistake - an anti-torsion bar All these equipment are suitable for cars of different length. The parking system has a left and a right column which are firmly fastened to the floor. The platform is equipped with an anti-torsion bar that ensures the platform evenness. Any accidental movement of the upper platform is prevented by two different safety systems that are always active as required by the EU regulation: - the electric valve - the mechanical locking hook Thanks to its planning features, the parking system can be assembled in a quick and easy way in site as it is delivered disassembled. The parking system components are: One platform made up by: 3 panels, 1 upper wheel stop, 1 cradle, 3 bracing rods, 1 front bracing rod, 2 lateral platform sides, 2 platform regulation arms, a mechanical safety lock. The load bearing made up by: 2 lateral uprights, 1 lateral cross brace, 2 lateral lifting arms, 1 anti-torsion bar, pins (C40 steel quality), rollers (auto-greasing TECAFORM), bolts (8.8 grade) and nuts (6S grade) Hydraulic parts including: n. 2 hydraulic cylinders, an electric valve equipped with a manual EMERGENCY for the platform lowering, hydraulic fittings, hydraulic hoses for high pressure (R2AT). Electrical parts including: a control panel with an EMERGENCY STOP Button, a key selector, n. 1 limit switches and a terminal box.

System operations :

The two cars has to be parked on two different levels: the lower car is parked on the ground and the upper car on the platform. Procedures: - Clear the lower space and low the platform using the key selector switch Present-man - Park the car on the lowered platform paying attention that the wheels are in the correct position inside the cradle. - Turn the key Present man - and wait that the platform stops at the fixed height and that the mechanical lock is activated. - Park a second car on the floor level.

General features :

It is the most affordable way to double the existing parking space. Especially suggested for existing buildings that have limited height ceiling (min. 260 cm). They can be disassembled and assembled again in another place. No foundation required as they have a self-bearing structure. Low power requirement - approximately only 1 kW per cycle. Present man control system: the parking system works ONLY in a Present Man situation, that is when the operator turn the key and keep it turned. Electric valve: when the operator disable/leave the key selector switch during the movement phases, the platform stops in the position reached. Mechanical lock: it automatically sets off when the platform reaches its maximum height.

The parking systems can be exposed to any weather condition without any problem thanks to its features: - an hot galvanized steel structure as per UNI EN 14.07.000.0 (DIN 17162) - the hydraulic connections, the nuts, the bolts and the lock washers are all galvanized.
