• Experienced in commissioning of new projects, converting non performing units into profit making units and
further expanding the capacity. Has worked with leaders in textiles such as Century Enca , Garware Wall
ropes ltd.
• Lead an organization 150 metric tons capacity per month as Works Manager for 4 years. Responsible for
production, utilities, labor matters, excise matters, liaison, administration and CTS.
• Has handled work group of 400 people. Has worked in a group with 1400 workers and 350 staff.

The Attainments
• Achieved reduction in WIP from 6 days to total 2.5 days.
• Achieved increase in machine utilization by 15 %.
• Achieved cost reduction by reduction of final product weight by 15 % with the same physical properties. This
additionally helped the organization to bag export contract of 240 MT per year.
• Achieved cost reduction by developing indigenous moulds for fabrication of spares .This brought down the
cost of spares from Rs.3.5 per Kg to Rs.1.5 per Kg. (average daily production of 2000 Kgs.)
• Achieved 11 % cost reduction in vendor cost by negotiations and planning.
• Lead the department towards further expansion by 35 % of the present capacity.
