QUESTION 2 REFLECTIVE/ANALYTICAL ASSIGNMENT Use the specific cases referred to in Question 1 above as references and answer the following: a. Discuss what you learnt from observing those cases being conducted in court generally, and, in particular, discuss the challenges faced by the prosecution in the administration of justice and in upholding the rule of law in the light of the Constitution of Kenya 2010. Make recommendations on how to overcome those challenges.

Based on your observations in court, discuss what you learnt regarding writing judgements.
