AGREEMENT
This Agreement made on the ____________________________between Bole Sub-City kebele14/15 adm. office (hereinafter called the Employer) of the one part and MERID DECHASSA (B.C) (hereinafter called the Contractor) of the one part whereas the Employer is desirous that certain Works should be executed by the Contractor. Viz. of the Construction of Kebele14/15 youth centres and has for the execution and completion of such Works and the remedying of any defects therein. Now this Agreement witness as follows: 1. In this Agreement words expression shall have the same meanings as are respectively assigned to them in the Conditions of Contract hereinafter referred to. 2. The following documents shall be deemed to form and be read and construed as part of this Agreement, viz. a)The b)The c) The d)The e)The f) The g)The Letter of Acceptance; Said Tender; General Conditions of Contract Particular Conditions of Contract Specification; Drawings; and Priced Bill of Quantities

In consideration of the payments to be made by the Employer to the Contractor as hereinafter mentioned, the Contractor hereby covenants with the Employer to execute and complete the Works and remedy any defects therein in conformity in all respects with the provisions of the Contract.

The Employer hereby covenants to pay the Contractor in consideration of execution and completion of the works and the remedying of defects therein the Contract Price 790,039.31 (Seven hundred ninety thousand thirty nine birr and thirty one cents) including V.A.T at the terms and the manner prescribed by the contract documents.
