Astrology of the Newtown school massacre

An entire nursery class in a small American town was massacred yesterday in the most devastating school shooting in US history. Twenty young children and six teaching staff were killed at the school by a gunman who was dressed in black and wearing a bulletproof vest. The killer, whose mother was a teacher at the school, walked into a kindergarten class in Newtown, Connecticut, with a pair of handguns and an automatic assault rifle. H.S. Green in his book Mundane or National Astrology writing about eclipses says: The strongest effect is felt in those parts in which it is visible, especially if it is also angular, i.e., rising, culminating or setting; and it is experienced next in countries ruled by the sign containing the luminary. The Annular Eclipse of 21st May in Pleaides was a spectacular event seen at sunrise in Japan and at sunset throughout most of the north-west American continent. At Newtown, Connecticut it was setting (see chart below). And Raphael lists USA among the countries ruled by the sign Gemini in which the eclipse took place so that all three conditions mentioned by H.S. Green are fulfilled. The descendant of the eclipse chart is conjunct the evil star Algol. Beta () Perseus, Algol, is a bright star positioned on the severed head that Perseus is carrying. The Chinese gave it the gruesome title Tseih She, the Piled-up Corpses. In addition, Mars [10vi39] conjunct the star Zosma [11vi30] was on the MC. Bernadette Brady associates this star with victims of violence.

Green goes on to state: The place of an eclipse can be directed in a mundane map and the direction is always to the cusp of the next of the four angles at which it will arrive in the ordinary course of mundane rotation. This will constitute the conjunction or the opposition of the mid-heaven or of the ascendant. The progressed chart for the date of the event brings the eclipse to the mid-heaven.

The shooting incident took place at 9:40 am EST,Newtown so that the the MC of that chart is 22sc45. The shooter Adam Lanza's Progressed Sun at 22.47 Taurus is opposite his Pluto at 22 Scorpio which incidentally is the position of the eclipse of 13th November. If we superimpose these positions on the 20th May eclipse chart we can see that it coincides with the horizon axis with Adams progressed Sun conjunct eclipse Mercury 22Ta which forms the leading edge of the stellium on the descendant. Finally TNP Zeus and Pluto individually aspect the cluster and are also square each other. Pluto/Zeus: Guns and weapons [Zeus] create radical and irrevocable changes [Pluto].
