FACULTY RECRUITMENT ADVERTISEMENT FOR FILLING UP THE POSTS FOR NORTH DELHI MUNICIPAL COPRORATION MEDICAL COLLEGE, MALKA

GANJ, DELHI-110007 North Delhi Municipal Corporation is establishing a new Medical College at Hindu Rao Hospital Malka Ganj Delhi beginning from Academic Year 2013-14. The following posts are proposed to be filled up on contract basis initially for two years.

The teaching staff will be governed as per the rules of central Government as adopted by North DMC. 2. The contractual salary will be Basic Pay + Grade Pay + NPA + DA. 3. The Application on prescribed format must reach the office of Medical Superintendent , Hindu Rao Hospital, Malka Ganj, Delhi-07, on or before 31 .12.2012 through registered / speed post 4. Number of posts for all categories may increase or decrease 5. Reservation of post will be as per central Govt /GNCTD Rules as applicable to North Delhi Municipal Corporation. 6. Interviews will be held in January 2013.Date of interview for shortlisted candidate will be communicated through e-mails only. 7. Candidates appearing for interview are required to bring all documents in original in support of information provided in the application form , for verification. 8. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.

Note:1. Non-medical Teachers may be appointed to the extent of 30% of the total number of posts in the departments of Anatomy, Physiology, Pharmacology and Microbiology. However, in the Department of Biochemistry, non-medical Teachers may be appointed to the extent of 50% of the total number of posts in the department 2. The experience gained in a Medical College/Dental College not recognized by the MCI will not be counted towards teaching experience 3. The qualification and experience will be counted up to the last date of submission of applications. 4. Details of the Research Work Publications (in annotated form) indicating index/non-index along with attested, must be furnished. Any other relevant outstanding National International achievements in the profession supported by the documents. If any, must also be supplied. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:1. The candidate already in service (Govt. /Semi Govt. /Corporation or Autonomous Body) should apply through proper channel and he/she may send an advance copy of the application to avoid delay but the application through proper channel must reach in due course of time. 2. The candidate who is in service will have to produce No Objection Certificate from his/her Head of Institution/employer at the time of interview otherwise he/she will not be allowed to appear for interview 3. Desirous doctors belonging to MCD Cadre possessing the required qualification and experience may also apply for the aforesaid posts 4. Submission of incomplete application i.e. without attested copies of testimonials of academic career, experience certificate, attempt certificate etc. may render the candidate ineligible 5. The candidates who wish to apply for more than one specialty; they should submit separate application forms for each specialty 6. Numbers of posts are liable to increase or decrease including complete withdrawal 7. The applications received after the closing date will not be considered. 8. The benefit of reservation, including the benefit of relaxation in upper age limit in respect of candidates belonging to reserved category, will be as per Govt.of NCT instruction issued from time to time and is restricted to Delhi domiciles only. 9. A passport-size photograph, duly attested should be affixed on the application form 10. The relaxation in age limit for government servants will be as per central government rules. Applicants are requested to submit their applications on the prescribed performa which can be downloaded from the website www.mcdonline.gov.in The last date of submission of the application is Dt 31/12/2012. At least five year s teaching experience as Senior Resident/Tutor/Demonstrator/ Registrar / Lecturer in the concerned specialty in a recognized teaching institution after the first Post-graduate qualification.
