The Prophetic Festival Chanukah: 12-15-2012.

I.

It becomes evident from the study of Torah that YHVH often hides things from the casual observer. When were able to remove the cloak of mystery, as in the case of Chanukah, we see overtones prophesying of the coming Anti-Messiah, additionally, the story of Esther comes to mind (that links us to Chanukah) where we see connections to another overlooked festival, Purim, which prophetically sets the stage for the Anti-Messiah: a hint in particular is seen in the root of her name which means hidden. Ironically, the Sages teach Esther is crowned Queen on the 7th day of the festival of Chanukah, which corresponds to the 1st day of the 10th month of Tevet. The Book of Esther begins with the ominous phrase, Now it came to pass; [ ] which has become a code phrase indicating that trouble follows on its heels. Esther is crowned Queen during the reign of Ahasuerus also known as Xerxes, whose reign is ended by the Greek army of Alexander the Great. These two nations Persia (Iran) #6539, Parac (to divide, split in two) and Greece (which includes parts of Iraq, Syria, etc.) figure prominently in Eschatology. In fact, the ancient Achaemenid Persian Empire (Iran) is seen in the current President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad whose present and last term ends 8/3/2013. His original family name was Saborjhian a known JEWISH lineage! The Samech-Bet-Resh root, sabor, #5452, is a verb meaning to think, to do, and to change something from what it was and is seen in Dan. 7:25! (The Anti-Messiah will seek to change times and laws) If we spell sabor with the Shin instead of the Samech, it forms #7665, sabar, a verb meaning to break to burst into pieces, to birth destruction. The suffix appended, Jhian, is Arabic and infers, the world! Thus, literally, it is translated, To bring ruin or destruction that will birth Change in the World. Ironically, Ahmadinejad has expressed his intent of fomenting such chaos on the earth in order to usher in the 12th Imam (al-Mahdi). Al Mahdi is said to be joined by Jesus (who never died) at Mecca. The Mahdi will instruct the restored prophet Jesus to pray properly, and Jesus will then instruct his mistaken followers to acknowledge and submit to Allah and Mohammed as his prophet. What does this have to do with Chanukah? If we recall another of its names, Feast of Dedication, then the connection becomes evident for it was during this season that the Temple and altar were desecrated by the Greeks and order eventually restored after the Maccabean revolt where the Temple/Altar are again dedicated for service. Chanukah becomes a prophetic bridge linking past and

future, if we can understand its hidden message. Some of these clues are found hidden in John 10: 22, 23, where we find Yahshua entering the temple during this festival. Remember, He is the Light of the World (Jn. 18:12) the MENORAH, Light of YHVH and following the pattern of Chanukah, He is going to be restored to the Temple! It is during this discourse that Yahshua first identifies Himself as Messiah who will be offered on the very altar desecrated by Antiochus and later by the Anti-Messiah! As in the Miracle of Chanukah this Light will be extinguished with no source from which to draw additional oil/shemen only to be rekindled again by the Oil/Shemen/Word/Seed of YHVH. The Oil for the Lamp was gone, and there would be none until the next olive growing season yet, Once Yahshua dies there is no man/oil/candle from which to relight His extinguished flame. (Prov. 20: 27 the spirit of man is the candle of YHVH) However, Yahshua is pierced at the Oil press of Gethsemane to provide the miracle needed to keep the perpetual Lamp burning! II. Now, shall we look closer at this festival of Dedication? Chanukah is from the root of #2596, chanak, to dedicate or train. Its most famous appearance is in Proverbs 22: 6 Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. The English word train or dedicate is used here chanak, which has a gematria of 78, the same as #4039, megillah meaning scroll, as in the Scroll of Esther! The Mem prefix indicates from or out of, the source or origin, while the root is from #1556, galal, to roll, to roll off or away and is the root of Golgotha Gulgoleth. I am convinced this was the location of the Miphqad gate where the census or numbering of Israel occurs, once more bringing us to the role of Yahshua as the Menorah restored. Now, lets note the word child in the above verse, #5288, na`ar, it is rendered, youth, child & servant. What isnt often noticed is the two-letter root, Nun-Resh which forms a Hebrew word meaning LAMP Niyr! The gematria of this word 320 connects us to Gen. 3:7 and the word for naked, #5903, `eyrom. Remember Adam was the first Lamp of YHVH in the earth. When he sins, his lamp is extinguished the Temple is desecrated. The Abomination of Desolation has occurred! The Temple-Man dies! The Hebrew phrase is seen in Dan. 11 & 12 and Matt. 24 ha Shiqquts Meshomem. This requires a new source of illumination the Blood of the Lamb, to rededicate this Temple-Man, and thus the pattern begins! Blood is the life, thus when Yahshuas

blood is poured out, it is the life breath, Word Hebrew of YHVH that is released and disseminated by the Ruach, into each illuminated Believer! Zeph. 3:9 tells us the Pure language oil is being restored to the Lamp Adam (the spiritual temple man) while verse 10 declares, , ma ebar lenahari Cush. Ebar is the root of Hebrew, nahar means stream or river that flows (like oil flowing?) and Cush is translated DARK-BLACK! The language will restore the Oil to the Menorah the Hebrews who once flowed with this oil and were desecrated, made dark, the daughters/Bride who were dispersed, #6327, #4503, rest.

Next, we have the word way, #1870, Derek, a way or path. This word has a gematria of 224 which connects us to two powerful Hebrew words, #1798, Dakar, a ram for sacrifice & #4662, mipqad, miphqad, the gate and/or the altar where the census is taken and the Red Heifer is sacrificed which is where Yahshua is executed. The next part of the phrase is: he should gowhich in Hebrew is spelled ,Ayin-Lamed is a preposition here meaning up, upon, but it can also be a Proper Noun meaning Most High! Were familiar with PehYod, Pey meaning Mouth. If we stop here and are familiar with Tabernacle construction and John 14: 6 [I am the Way] we realize this verse is describing more than just teaching children the way of Torah, and in fact, is hiding the message of Chanukah: Dedicate a Lamp in the Way (The Place where the Brazen Altar stood!) who will be the Mouth of the Most High! Next we have the word translated old, #2204, zaqen, it is translated old, aged, however the Zayin prefixed to it can infer seed, while Qof-Nun is the root of Cain, the first offspring of The Serpent. The next word is translated depart, #5493, cuwr, to turn aside, be rejected, be taken away or removed. The sentence seems to stop at the way he should go and then a subtle change occurs. Is it the child who returns when old or is it possible that Lamp isnt taken away or removed, though the Seed of Cain Antiochus or the Anti-Messiah come?! To add further intrigue, Gen. 4:17 instructs us of the beginning of the counterfeit lineage of Cain through which the Anti-Messiah will come, and how

his first son is named Enoch, #2585,

Chanowk, dedicate, to train, the same root as that of Chanukah! Cain builds a City, #5892, ` iyr, this word is translated, city, Watcher-(Fallen) Angel, a counterfeit messenger of light,
'owr. See! The pattern of Chanukah and the Tabernacle Menorah continues here! Another intriguing clue is found here as well. If you remember, Yahshua declares in Matt. 24:37, As it was in the days of Noah well, who was his father? Lamech (Gen. 5: 28, 29) who also has a counterfeit in Gen. 4 by the same name who the Sages teach killed Cain extinguishing the false light of the Serpents seed. Noahs father Lamech lives 777 years. The number 7 written with a Zayin, which means seed, can also infer Light! Ironically the first Menorah would have been set in the Stellar Heavens as a Sign in Gen. 1:14, where YHVH says let there be lights in the firmament of heaven hashamayim has a value of 777. III.

Finally, the Rabbis teach in the Talmud, tractate Yoma 39b that the center candle, the Ner Elohiym went out in 30AD not seen again in the temple which is destroyed in 70AD. They teach it was at the death of Simeion however, it would have been at the death of Yahshua, who moved the light to the Spiritual Tabernacle The Temple Man and His Bride, who would continue to be the Light of the world Matt. 5: 14 and burn continually, miraculously, until after the 7000th year, the Sabbath millennium, having burned for 8 days until the return of the Lamb in Rev. 21:23 who is the Light, GK. #3088, Lukh-nos, lamp, candle, MENORAH the Ner YHVH!
