Supported RDBMSs
webMethods products support their database components on all platforms on which the RDBMS vendor supports the RDBMS. All webMethods products come with the client component of the DataDirect Connect JDBC 4.0 driver. This driver is a Type 4 JDBC driver that does not have a server component. For information about the database components and the webMethods products that use them, see the Software AG Installation Guide.

All versions of Oracle also supported when implemented as RAC. webMethods BPEL only supported on Oracle 10g and SQLServer 2005. for Oracle 11g R2 support a fix is needed. For further information please see the respective release announcement. only Oracle 11g R1 is supported

For support of Internet Explorer 9 with CentraSite you must install ARG_8.1.2_Fix4 available on Empower. CentraSite only supports Firefox 3.x and 10. For support of Firefox 10 with CentraSite you must install ARG_8.1.2_Fix4 available on Empower.
