    QualificationCriteria
    1.ExperienceindoingtechnicalandfinancialfeasibilitystudiesforPPPsintheregioninthelast5years,havinga Governmententity,privateinvestororotherpublicentityasaclient.* 2.Seniorstaffwithatleast10yearsofinternationalexperienceonPPPprojectsintheinfrastructuresector providingadvisoryservices,projectmanagementandotherstaffwithatleast5yearsexperienceincomplex financialmodeling.* 3.InternationalexperienceonPPPspublictransportutilities,includingairports,airspace,airfieldandterminal planningand(ii)airportprivatization 4.Localexperienceworkingincountriesintheregion

    Selectionandcontractingwillnormallybemadefromresponsestothisrequestforexpressionofinterest.Theconsultantwillbe selectedfromashortlist,subjecttoavailabilityoffunding.
