Q2. I learnt the SIM price is Rs.25 only and the price of conditional recharge is Rs.50 (Rs.24 for

Dear Sir/Madam, the daily talktime of Rs.4 will be credited for a total of 88 days. Rs.10 will be
credited at the time of making first call, thus taking the total talktime to Rs.360.

Q9. What is the Night calling benefit I get with this offer?
Dear Sir/Madam, after you have activated your SIM and recharged with FRC 60, you can
recharge with our night calling pack, which will provide you benefits of free on-net calling at
night.

Q10. I have purchased and activated the SIM, but I am not receiving any benefit, why?
Dear Sir/Madam, after you have activated your SIM you will have to recharge with FRC 60.
Within 48 hours of recharging with FRC 60, you will be receive and be eligible for all the
benefits as per the latest CEP offer.

Q11. Is it compulsory to load FRC 60 to avail the free minutes every day?
Dear Sir/Madam, Yes, after activation, it is compulsory to recharge with FRC 60 to avail the
free talktime everyday.

Q12. Don’t you have any lesser denomination for the first recharge?
Dear Sir/Madam, for availing the complete CEP offer benefits, you will have to do a first
recharge with Rs.60
You also have an option to recharge with Rs.26. However, in this case you will be eligible for
only the Double talktime benefit. The Rs.4 daily talktime and lifetime validity benefit will
not be available.
We recommend you recharge with Rs.60 to avail the complete benefits of the CEP offer.

Q13. How much talk time will I get by recharging with FRC 60?
Dear Sir/Madam, You will be eligible for all the CEP benefits after recharging with FRC 60.
However there is no talktime available with this. You can do a top-up subsequently to enjoy
“double talktime”!
Q14. What do I need to do for getting additional talk time?
Dear Sir/Madam, You will only need to recharge with the top-up vouchers which are available
in various denominations to get additional talk time. In fact, after you have done a first
recharge of Rs.60, then you will not just get talktime…but double talktime!!

Q15. I have activated the SIM and recharged with Rs.60. But I am being charged for calls during
the night. Why?
Dear Sir/Madam, for enjoying the free night calling benefit, after your first recharge you will
have to recharge with the “Night calling pack”. You will be able to enjoy free (5p/min in case
of TN/Chennai & Kerala) Reliance to Reliance mobile calls at night (11.00pm to 06.00am) on
recharging with the night calling pack at just Rs. 15/-

Q16. I have already done a conditional recharge of Rs.60, but I am not getting double talktime or
daily credit of Rs.4 or lifetime incoming validity or night calling benefit.
Dear Sir/Madam, benefits will be posted to your account within 48 Hrs of loading conditional
recharge. You will also be intimated by SMS once the benefits will be credited to your account.
Kindly call us again if you do not get this benefit after 48Hrs.

Q17. Can I use this pack on my CDMA connection also?

Q1. I had already purchase the Reliance GSM CEP SIM card and I’m availing the daily credit of

Q2. Will I get this benefit only if I recharge with RCV 26?

Q3. Are there any conditions with lifetime incoming validity?

Dear Sir/Madam, you just need to do minimum recharge of Rs.200 in every 6 months of
activation to continue enjoying the lifetime validity benefits on your SIM.

Q4. After doing a recharge of RCV 26 will the entire top ups I do eligible for double talktime?
Dear Sir/Madam, Yes all the top ups currently available for GSM (Rs -10,20,25,30,50,100)
would give you double talktime after you have recharged with RCV 26.

Q5. Will the daily credit of Rs 5/Rs 10 becomes Rs 10/Rs 20?

Dear Sir or Madam if you recharge with Rs 26 you would only get Lifetime validity and
become eligible for double talktime benefits on all your future top ups till March 31.09. You
will continue to get the same daily benefits as you have been getting i.e. Rs.5/Rs 10 as the case
may be.

Q6. How long will this offer continue?

Dear Sir/Madam, this is a limited period offer…only until 15th Feb’09. We recommend you to
recharge immediately to avail these exciting benefits.

Q7. Do I get talktime on RCV 26?

Dear Sir/Madam, you would not get any talktime on RCV 26 but as soon as you recharge with
this amount you will become eligible for double talktime on all your future recharges till this
offer is valid (apart from getting the lifetime validity benefit)

Q8. I was told for lifetime validity I need to recharge with RCV 26.Is this correct?
Dear Sir/madam, that is absolutely correct you would get lifetime validity on your SIM on
recharge with Rs 26. Lifetime validity is subject to the condition that you recharge your account
with as less as Rs 200 every 6 months. RCV of 26 would also entitle you to get double talktime
for all the future recharges you make till this offer is valid.
Q9. After getting the lifetime validity should I continue recharging every month to continue
availing lifetime facility?
Dear Sir/Madam, once you have recharged with Rs 26 or Rs 60 then you just need to recharge for
a minimum of Rs 200 every 6 months to continue to avail this lifetime validity

Q10. I had activated my SIM on10th Jan 09 but still not used it till date, what benefits will I be
eligible for?
Dear Sir/Madam, if you have activated your SIM before 16 th January then you will get all the CEP
benefits (Rs 5/10 daily credit and night calling free) for 3 months from your date of activation.
Now if you recharge your account with Rs 26/Rs 60 you will get double talktime on all your top
ups till 31st March and will also get Lifetime validity subjected to a minimum recharge of Rs 200
every 6 months.

Q11. I had activated my SIM on 31st Jan 09 but still not used it till date, what benefits will I be
eligible for?
Dear Sir/Madam, if you have activated your SIM on 31st Jan and still haven’t recharged it then
you will need to recharge it with Rs.60 to get the benefits of Rs.4 daily, double talktime benefit
that gives you double talktime for all your future top ups till 31st March, and Lifetime validity!
(Subject to a min Rs.200 recharge every 6 months).

Q12.Why cannot I get the daily Rs.10 per day benefit now? I bought this SIM long back. My
retailer says I should recharge with Rs.26?
Dear Sir/Madam if you have activated your SIM before 16th January then you will get Rs.10 daily
along with night calling benefit. To avail double talktime benefit and Lifetime validity you are
requested to make a recharge of Rs 26 and if you have activated your SIM after 16th Jan and
haven’t yet used it you will have to do a recharge of Rs 60 to get the same benefits.

Q13. Is this offer available on paper and eRecharge both?

Dear Sir/Madam, currently this offer is available on eRecharge only.

Q14. Till when is this offer valid?

Dear Sir/Madam, this is a limited period offer (until 15 Feb’09) so you are advised to make full

Q1. What is double talktime offer?

Sir/Madam, starting 1st Feb ‘09, Reliance is offering double local talktime on every eRecharge
of its GSM prepaid mobile starting 1st Feb ‘09.

Q2. Can you explain me more about the double talktime offer?
Dear Sir/Madam, you will get double local talktime on every eRecharge, for e.g. if you recharge
your Reliance prepaid GSM mobile with Rs.50, you will get total talktime worth Rs.89. The
regular talktime on eRecharge of Rs.50 is Rs.44.5, the balance Rs.44.5 can be used for all local
calls and SMS only. Please note that unused talktime will expire at the end of every month.

Q3. What will be the validity of the double talktime once I do an eRecharge?
Dear Sir/Madam, the validity of promotional talktime (Rs.44.5 in promo bucket) will be 30
days. It can be used for making all local calls and SMS. However you will get core talktime on
eRecharge which can be used for any call like STD, International calls, VAS services,
SMS/MMS etc.

Q4. Till when I can recharge with RCV26/FRC 60 to become eligible for double talktime
promotion?
Dear Sir/Madam, these recharges will make you eligible for double talktime till 15th Feb only.
This offer will not be available post 15th Feb.
Q5. What is the promotion period of double talktime offer on recharge of RCV 26/FRC 60?

Q6. What will I get with eRecharge of Rs.26?

Dear Sir/Madam, you will eligible for double talktime on eRecharge. Along with it you will get
lifetime incoming validity at a cost of Rs.26 only. However you will not get any talktime on Rs.26
eRecharge.

Q7. What will I get with eRecharge of Rs.60?

Dear Sir/Madam, you will get:
o Benefit of double talktime on every eRecharge till 31st March.
o Rs.4/day of daily talktime credit for 90 days. Thus a total talktime of Rs.360 which is 6

Q10. What if I do not load either of recharge worth Rs.60 or 26? Will I get the double talktime
benefit?
 Sir/Madam, these recharges gives you entry to double talktime club in which you will not be
able to get the benefits of our extremely lucrative double talktime offer. We request you to
kindly eRecharge with them and avail this very lucrative offer.

Q11. Till when is this offer valid?

however I have not loaded any FRC. Do I need to do any recharge in order to continue my CEP
benefits?
Dear Sir/Madam, you will continue to get CEP benefits and do not need to do any recharge
compulsorily, however we recommend you to do an eRecharge of Rs.26 do get the benefit of
double talktime offer.

Q2. Currently I am getting daily talktime credit of Rs.10/5 (as per the circle) and night calling pack
by loading FRC/conditional recharge. Do I need to do any other recharge in order to continue my
CEP benefits?
Dear Sir/Madam, you will continue to get CEP benefits and do not need to do any compulsory
recharge further, however we recommend you to do an eRecharge of Rs.26 do get the benefit of
double talktime offer.

Q3. Currently I am getting daily talktime credit of Rs.10/5 (as per the circle) and night calling pack
by loading FRC/conditional recharge. What will happen if I do conditional recharge of Rs.60?
Dear Sir/Madam, you will become eligible for double talktime and lifetime incoming validity
however your CEP benefits will continue as it is with no change in daily talktime credit and night
 calling benefit. However we recommend you to do an eRecharge of Rs.26 which will also make

Q4. I want to buy Reliance GSM CEP SIM card. How can I avail it?

Dear Sir/Madam this offer was available by default on activation of phone till 15th Jan only (18th
Jan in TN/Chennai). You need to load conditional recharge of Rs.60 to get CEP benefits and
become eligible for double talktime benefit. This is a limited period offer and we recommend you
to avail this offer immediately.

Q4. Won’t I get night calling benefit on conditional recharge of Rs.60

Dear Sir/Madam CEP offer has been made very attractive which will include double talktime and
lifetime validity apart from daily talktime credit. Night calling benefit will not be available in CEP

Q5. How much would I be charged if I send more than 500 SMS in a month?
Dear Sir/madam, you would be charged Rs1 for all local SMS beyond 500 free SMS

Q6. If I have used only 200 SMS can I carry forward the balance 300 SMS for the next
month?
Dear Sir/Madam, you can use free SMS within 30 days of recharge only. The balance
SMS will expire after 30 days.

Q7. Will the free SMS be also valid if I am roaming?

Dear Sir/Madam all SMS would be charged as per standard rates for SMS while
roaming and free SMS would not be applicable while in home circle.

Q1. Which balance will be used first when I make a local call or SMS?
Dear Sir/Madam, your balance from

1. Daily talktime credit will be deducted first

2. Followed by the promotional balance received after doing any double talktime
top up (eligible only after 24Hrs of recharging with RCV 26/FRC 60)
3. And in last from main account

For e.g. if you have Rs.4 in your daily account balance; Rs.20 in your Promotion
account balance and Rs.50 in your main balance and you make a local call of 5 minutes in the
day. In such a case Rs.4 will be first deducted from your daily talktime credit, Re.1 from your
promo talktime balance and main account balance will be used only when these two balances
expire.

Q2. Which balance will be used first when I make a call other than local call or SMS?

Q. Which balance will be used first when I make a STD/ISD call or SMS?
Dear Sir/Madam, your main balance will be used if you make a STD/ISD call or SMS.
For e.g. if you have Rs.4 in your daily account balance; Rs.20 in your Promotion account
balance and Rs.50 in your main balance and you make a STD call of 2 minutes in the day. In
such case Rs.3 (Rs 1.5* 2 min) will be deducted from your main account balance.
