To me not knowing the reality is spoiling. Pedophile is

someone who does Zina while the Vagina or the butt
is not fit for him, and it is rape if it is done without
mutual love.

Muhammad 'alaihi Shalawatullahi wa Salam could

have done it when she was 6 years old, like Pedophile
usually does, like O'Grady (Priest or ex Priest) which
just got released from Jail, in Islam, that man
supposed to be Rajam (stoned to death) and because
he was raping 1 boy and girls, then the regulation is
that the boy must be killed as well.

And the Rajam to the victim, meant for preventing

haddatsana Abdul Aziz bin Muhammad, haddatsana
Amr bin Abu Amr 'an Ikrimah 'an Ibn Abbas, he said
Rasulullah Shalallahu 'Alaihi wa Sallam said

"Man (who) wajadtumuuhu (you find) ya'malu (doing)

'amala (the bad deeds) Qaumi Luuthin (of Luth's
people) faqtuluul (kill) faa'ila (who does it) wal
maf'uula bihi (and to whom it is done)." (Shahih ibn
Majah 3561, Kitab Hudud 'an Rasulullah (15) Tirmidzi
no.1456, takhrij by syaikh Muhammad Nashiruddin Al
Albani).

Abu 'Isa (At Tirmidzi) said "Part of Ulama were in the

opinion that these Homosexuals must be stone to
death, if they are married or single.

This was the opinion of Malik, Asy Syafi'i, Ahmad and

Ishaq.

Meanwhile, from Ahli fiqh from Tabi'in like Hasan Al

Bashri, Ibrahim An Nakha'i, Atha' bin Rabah were in
the opinion that the punishment for Homosexuals are
same as punishment for Zina. This was the opinion of
Ats Tsauri and Ulama Kufah.

This opinion is not correct according to the Hadits.

really afraid of) 'alaa ummatii (from my ummah is)
'amalu (when they do the bad deeds) qaumi Luuthin
(of Luth's people)."(HR.Shahih: Tirmidzi 1457, Ibn

The Hudud is so that good people will emerge from

the Hudud, and offcourse so other people won't do it,
and plus based on facts that people who never being
Homosexuals, once being rape by Sodomiters,
suddenly became Gay as well.

Allahu Ta'ala will erase the sins of Muslim who was

beheaded and this surrendering of oneself to
Hududullah is just the same as the surrendering of
oneself to Islam and to Taubat, plus PREVENTING AIDS

al-Tirmidhi (1456), Abu Dawood (4462)and Ibn Maajah

(2561) narrated that Ibn ‘Abbaas (may Allaah be
pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allaah

Ahmad (2915) narrated from Ibn ‘Abbaas (may Allaah

be pleased with him) that the Prophet of Allaah
(peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:
“May Allaah curse the one who does the action of the
people of Loot, may Allaah curse the one who does
the action of the people of Loot,” three times. This
was classed as hasan by Shu’ayb al-Arna’oot in
Tahqeeq al-Musnad.

The Sahaabah were unanimously agreed on the

execution of homosexuals, but they differed as to
how they were to be executed. Some of them were of
the view that they should be burned with fire, which
was the view of ‘Ali (may Allaah be pleased with him)
and also of Abu Bakr (may Allaah be pleased with
him), as we shall see below. And some of them
thought that they should be thrown down from a high
place then have stones thrown at them. This was the
view of Ibn ‘Abbaas (may Allaah be pleased with him).

Some of them thought that they should be stoned to

death, which was narrated from both ‘Ali and Ibn
‘Abbaas (may Allaah be pleased with them).

After the Sahaabah, the fuqaha’ differed concerning

the matter. Some of them said that the homosexual
should be executed no matter what his situation,
whether he is married or not. Some of them said that
he should be punished in the same way as an
adulterer, so he should be stoned if he is married and
flogged if he is not married. Some of them said that a
severe punishment should be carried out on him, as
the judge sees fit.

Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allaah be pleased with him)

discussed this issue at length, and he mentioned the
evidence and arguments of the fuqaha’, but he
supported the first view. This is explained in his book
al-Jawaab al-Kaafi’ li man sa’ala ‘an al-Dawa’ al-
Shaafi, which he wrote to deal with this immoral
action. We will quote some of what he said:

Because the evil consequences of homosexuality are

among the worst of evil consequences, so its
punishment is one of the most severe of punishments
in this world and in the Hereafter.

In brief, beheading homosexuals is one form of

execution, so I think the man is courageous enough to
put into effect the " Hudud " that Allah swt has
stipulated in the Holy Quran and in the Prophet's
( PBUH) Sunnah.

anchorites to be their lords in derogation of Allah and

An Nisa(4):82 Do they not consider the Qur'an (with

care)? Had it been from other than Allah they would
surely have found therein much discrepancy.

married to Aisyah and they love each other.

3. Rasulullah had said that when he was trying to divorce Aisyah

Radhiyallahu 'anha (Shahih Al Hadits), he was receiving the wahyu
from Jibril 'alaihi Shalawatu wa Salaam through dreaming that Aisyah
Radhiyallahu 'anha was covered and being lifted to his side, and then it
was said to him "This is Aisyah, she will be your wife in Heaven
(Paradise)."

4. For someone who said that Messengers (Sulaiman and Muhammad

'alaihuma Shalawatu wa Salam) liked sex so much or even became
Maniac, why don't they see themselves and people around them, with
how many people have they done Zina?
Since what age?
5. So people aren't suppose to imitate Aisyah Radhiyallahu anha's
married with Muhammad 'alaihi Shalawatu wa Salam, even in their
country that happened, by God of Muhammad they could not change
the culture of that time, except after the Rejectors and Pagan's
(Western) culture came at that time.

6. So what, could their Government forbid Zina? By God of Sulaiman

and Muhammad 'alaihuma Shalawatu wa Salaam they did not forbid
Fornication (Zina before marriage), save about declaring punishment
for it.
Is that all ye could do only critising things which even now always
happen in the whole world: underage Zina?.

Only Islam will lashes 100 times to who do underage Zina and to adult
who do fornication (Zina before marriage) and do Rajam (stoning to the
death) to who done adultery (doing Zina, while already have a spouse),
and Rajam rapists and killed Homosexuals

I question whether in AlMasih Rasulullah's time there was a

Government which really govern the people using Taurat, while lashing
Zina doers belongs only to the Government, not to him.

People could say that Rasulullah 'alaihi Shalawatullah 'alaihi wa

Salaam do this or that, if really have that proof, such as the proof that
he was doing Jima'(sexual intercourse) with her or just hug and kisses.
Or that he was doing that Jima' to the daughter Abu Bakar which result
in pain. Or they couldn't.

Or they could explain why they only put someone in jail for becoming
Pedophiles, then they were so easy in releasing them, instead of sentence
them to death.

As matter of fact, in my country Indonesia, where the Muslim did Jihad

Fi Sabilillah to free this country from bondage. They are now using
Capitalism or Democracy whatsoever and imitate the way of the Kuffar
(mainly the countries which are using these systems are countries ruled
by Kuffar), and so they are kind of giving an allergic reactions to people
who want Homosexuals and Rapist to be sentence to the death.
It's like saying "We could build monster jail, but no death penalty,
that's barbaric..."

Islam already start from preventing other people from becoming Rapist
and Homosexuals, by doing to Rajam to the Rapist and killing the
Homosexuals, Luth's people bad deeds.

It's look like that the Muslim lessering Allahu Ta'ala into the god of
Christian and others which disregard about the unity of Din(religion)
with Law of country.

why Muslim countries imitate the Kuffar countries

which make women as social butterflies, sell their
bodies and beauty to sex marketers, and Zina
partners of married man.

And yeah, Muhammad 'alaihi Shalawatullah wa

Salaam was marrying Aisyah Radhiyallahu 'anha after
her parents rejected the offer of marriage from a man
to her, so what Muhammad 'alaihi Shalawatullahi wa
Salaam did was part of the culture of that time.

Underage Zina are cruel but I don't see why people

only use their glasses to these couple, they were
Underage marriage. While we see a lot of Underage
Sexual traders all over their Video markets and
exhibitions.

Zina, Zina show and showing Porn do not harm

anyone?

What about broken families, divorces, rapes, AIDS,

Sephilis, Gonorhoe, bastards (they call it that way),
unwanted children, abortion, killing etc.
The principle that is, that Nusyuz aren't only done by
women, so the ayat of Al Qur'an does not single
women for it, but also apply to men.

2nd, about scourged, in Islam, husband or wife who

does Nusyuz ain't receive scourge, but will accept
unpainful hits.

3rd, Allahu 'Azza wa Jalla created lives, and He does

not put Kafir and Muslim as equal, so any apostates
are supposed to be killed.

4th, talking about Mut'ah marriage, which does not

come from Ahlus Sunnah or Salafi, it is only done by
Syi'ah people.
They marry women only for months, then divorce
them.
Because they were misinterpreting this verse:

Al Baqarah(2):241 Wa lil mutallaqa_ti mata_'um bil

ma'ru_f(i), haqqan 'alal muttaqin(a).

Mut'ah

Al Baqarah(2):241 For divorced women a provision

(Mata'um)in kindness: a duty for those who ward off
(evil).

That's only for divorces, which happen while there is

other way.
Not as Mut'ah marriage done by Syi'ah.

Mut'ah marriage was done in Jihad Fi Sabilillah time,

and before the war ends, Rasulullah 'alaihi
Shalawatullah wa Salaam already declare it as
Haraam(sinful) until the day of Judgement.

Foremost, the Hududullah will decrease the crimes

and lessering the number of people who will be
victims. So in the escalation, it cause smaller pain,
rather than the Law of Imperialists and Kafirun from
whatsoever, that's what Allahu Subhanahu wa Ta'ala
declared.

So Islam do not just pressed the number of depressed

victims, but also pleasing Allahu Subhanahu wa
Ta'ala.

It is done so someone else will be scared to do crimes,

this is Heaven in this world and the 1 in the
Hereafter(akhirat) still awaits them.
