The mass and freshness of potato tissues are influenced by osmosis. When potato strips were placed in the water, the potato strips became turgid and the mass increased. But when the potato strips were placed in concentrated sucrose solution, the strips became soft and the mass decreased.

Based on the above situation, plan an experiment to determine the concentration of sucrose solution which will maintain the mass of potato strips or isotonic to the potato strips.
