PROCEDURE

Measure out 1.95 liter of water and add titanium dioxide to it. Add Aluminum Silicate, Kaolin and calcium carbonate in this order and mix very well. Then add the preservative, stabilizer, defoamer and the P.V.A and mix.

Check the PH to make sure that it is within 8.0 to 8.5, otherwise adjust with the ammonia liquor. Also, check the capacity of your paint to determine if you will still add the remaining part of the water. Finally add the kerosene. This will be the last thing to be added, otherwise the quality of your paint will be affected. Then, your paint is ready.
