Integrated Organization Principles 1

WLC Baroda

To establish a transport Organization

An effective organizational structure shall facilitate working
relationships between various entities in the organization
and may improve the working efficiency within the
organizational units. Organization shall retain a set order
and control to enable monitoring the processes.
Organization shall support command for coping with a mix of
orders and a change of conditions while performing work.
We have decided to set up an organization which is based on
the Staff Organization type. In which a staff helps an expert
get all his work done. To this end, a "chief of staff" decides
whether the task is to be done or not.
Our unions are of the view that this segment in the informal
economy must be organized as a collective force not only to
protect their legal rights but also to give the general public a

better service. For this purpose it’s essential that 3 wheeler

drivers organize themselves as a collective force. It is our
considered view that this organization of 3 wheelers must be
done initially at a Municipal Council level.
These three wheeler drivers provides means of transport to
a large category of middle level income earners in Baroda
and a great number of youth find employment in driving
these 3 wheelers. This transport industry gives employment
and means of transport to many people.
We have contracts of the employment because 3 wheeler
drivers pay daily rental to the owner of their 3 wheelers to
obtain the hire.
Our organization is known as,
The Mascot Transportation Organization.

indulge in red lights or traffic violations.
Should not indulge in overloading since it disturbs the
balance and control of the driver over handles.
Must not drive under the influence of drugs, alcohol, stress,
tiredness or frustration since they distract the concentration
of the drivers and make them prone to accidents.
Should stick to their lane and change their lane only when
they have to overtake or take right turn. This should be done
in lane changing zone after looking behind for any incoming
traffic.

Overview and Market research:

Three wheelers serve as a major mode of transportation in
India. Over the years Indian three wheeler companies have
come on their own, in terms of technology, skills and
expertise. Three wheeler statistics suggest that companies
have substantially grown their revenues by marketing their
three wheelers not only in this country but also in various
Southeast Asian nations. Three wheelers come with
affordable price and also require easy maintenance. The
popularity of three wheelers, for carrying passengers as well
as goods in India has been increasing due to their unique
ability to pass through narrow lanes. Most of the three
wheelers are also quite fuel efficient. As there is huge
potential of three wheeler market in India, various three
wheeler manufacturers are continuously putting effort to
develop better models of these vehicles, by equipping them
with more added features and stylish looks. By analyzing the
