Higher market share of 55% offering different types of size of MRP Biscuit per year.

Product design:
MRP Biscuit will be manufactured by highly ingredients. It is packed by the musical or cartoon art paper.

(a) Power: Generator, IPS, Electricity etc. load sanctioned, availability of power (b)Fuel: coal, coke, oil or gas (c) Water: source of water is Wasa, quality is better.

Description of Organization:
Location: Hazigonj, Chandpur. Land: Owned. Industrial area: 6700 square feet. Physical infrastructure: factory is made by bricks, industry area are surrounded by concrete wall Raw material: Flour, Fat, Sugar, Salt, Ammonium bicarbonate, Milk, Butter, Flavors, Emulsifiers, Invert syrups, Dough Improvers and many additives. Skilled labor: Availability of skilled labors in the area, arrangements for training laborers in various skills. Business Plan: Our Biscuit is a new addition in Beverage industry with high aim to facilitate people with extra energy. . Objective: Earn annual rate of on investment of percent after taxes over the next 10 year. Produce sales volume at least TK 40 corers and TK 60 cores in MRP Biscuit respective over 4 years. Sell other products such as MRP Energy Drink, MRP Mineral Water etc.

Marketing plan:

MRP Corporation overall marketing strategy will be creating an image of offering the highest quality product all over the country. Customers will be reached through advertisement such as magazines ads, newspaper ads and through TV program.
