En-vision Enviro Engineers (p) ltd., Surat Piping Engineer since June10 Responsibilities: Prepare Works Orders Costing of piping of Plant, valves, & other piping fittings. Calculate weight of steel structure, equipment & do cost estimation. Erection of effluent treatment plant, sewage treatment plant & Water treatment plant. Designing of Most of process equipment used in Effluent Treatment Plant, Sewage treatment Plant like design of agitator, clarifier, HRSCC, Tube settlers, Flash mixer. Visit manufacturing facility to ensure compliance of manufactured mechanical components Design & Erection of mechanical mechanisms and components. Assist in the design and modification of existing products or equipment. Process design of Sewage treatment plant.

 Selection of pump and air blower for particular application. Calculate pipe thickness according to ASME 31.1 & 31.3 piping standard & ability to check stress analysis. Installation of different instruments like pH meter, Level switch, Magnetic flow meter, Temperature sensor.
Maintenance of autoclave (steam sterilizer) & Incinerator. Co-ordinate all Piping Engineering activities and ensure they are proceeding to the correct level of quality and to plan. Co-ordinating piping engineering activities with the project client.

Reviewing construction documents made by field engineering group as per the site requirement. Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs and methodologies of construction & coordination with site consultants and Project management consultants.

Monitor and advise tasks supervisors on controlling activities, labour, man-hour consumption, construction equipment and materials to meet the schedule.
Ensure interaction with other disciplines for interfaces particularly Civil/Equipment/Structural/Material Management, Project Engineering and Process. Inspecting incoming materials like pipes, pipe fittings, flanges, valves, gaskets bolts & nuts. Responsible for studying P&ID, spool drawings and Isometric Drawings; involved in piping spool fabrication, erection and supporting as per standard. Preparing material inspection report of piping item (Pipes, Fittings, Flanges, and Valves). Inspecting material at the time of issue and returning as per list. Preparing MDR (Material Discrepancy Report) for rejected material. Confirm all the works to comply with quality, safety/health and environment requirements. Arrange and supervise logistics and material transportation from warehouse to site based on schedules of Fabrication, erection and site conditions. Preparation of Material Take off (MTO) from Isometric drawings. Preparation and Updating of Material control chart for Project. Review of P&ID's, Layouts, GADs, Isometrics & various piping related drawings and documents. Analysis of available work scope as per contract. Monitoring of Daily/Weekly/Monthly progress and plan work schedule. Holding the work permit during the execution of work. Close Coordination with Engineering office, Client & Sub Contractors to resolve outstanding engineering and material related issues, which are critical to projects. Preparation of extra work claim which is not include in original BOQ. Co ordinations of all the Mechanical piping activities with Clients, Consultants, Sub Contractors for smooth progress of the job. Have knowledge in specification, codes like ASME B31.3, API, Drawings, Standards, etc. for easy execution of the job.
